When you open a new page or list there is at least a 5 to 10 second delay because due soup is loading information or something. Its seriously annoying as you can't click on anything. The LinkedIn limit on invites per week make the auto invite function literally null and void. Using dux soup, you hit the limit in 1 day, and cannot (even manually) send an invite for the rest of the week. **What problems is Dux-Soup solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves time when it works and before LI put in the invite limit, it is now worthless. ### 9. Dux-Soup does all the heavy lifting for you. All you need to do is set up your search parameters on Linkedin, fine-tune your results, open the Dux-Soup extension, add your message, and include a redirect link if you want. Set it and forget it. So I get their Linkedin URLs which can be used with other software to get emails for those contacts. This tool has enabled me to get new important contacts and investments worth tens of thousands of Euros. **What do you dislike about Dux-Soup?** Re-subscribing to the service is a nightmare and poor experience because I have to contact customer support to do that. Also, in many places, the UX and guides are super suboptimally designed (and probably not tested with real users). My strong recommendation is to improve User Experience all around. A complete UX rehaul needed! Dux-Soup Turbo license is too expensive. I would like to try that out someday still. More likely to happen if the price of the Turbo plan was lower. **Recommendations to others considering Dux-Soup:** Dux-Soup is a handy and lightweight tool (Chrome addon) that allows you to automate contacting on Linkedin. For example, if you purchase Linkedin Premium month and Dux-Soup Professional license, you can scan a big amount of Linkedin user profiles per day, then download the CSV file of those contacts, and import that file to some email finder software to get all emails of those contacts. Then I use Mixmax (Chrome addon for Gmail) to send a message to those contacts. So Dux-Soup is a very important tool in building my sales funnel. **What problems is Dux-Soup solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using Dux-Soup for finding mostly investor contacts. For that, I feel Dux-Soup works magnificently well, especially with better Linkedin plans (like Premium, Sales Navigator or even the Recruiter plan). I have been able to gather very valuable contact lists with Dux. ### 22. I don't even have to check when I've hit the limit because the Chrome extension will tell me that the limit is reached and thus the tool will be on snooze until my limit resets. This is important to prevent me from trying to send out too many requests in a day and potentially getting banned by LinkedIn. We have used this software to see who is catching a glimpse of those that are looking at the user using Dux-soup as well as catching their email in order to possibly provide more information about our company that would be beneficial to the prospect. **What do you dislike about Dux-Soup?** The thing that i dislike most about the product is that it did not have a warning that it could get you kicked off LinkedIn. I did not know this feature had negative consequences if done properly. After looking further into what cause this action to be taken, i saw that there was a clause stating that the software warning should be adhered to.
