The tool offers customization so that you are not contacting the same person multiple times, but sometimes people fall through the cracks and are recontacted. It took some finessing to get the algorithm working its best for me. I do have the middle-of-the-road subscription. There may be better customization with the Pro version. Dux soup is great for optimizing my touches to reach out to my prospects. I'm able to automate my initial conversations with as many leads as I want and dux soup also delays responses so my account doesn't get blocked in the automation. It slows down LinkedIn. When you open a new page or list there is at least a 5 to 10 second delay because due soup is loading information or something. Its seriously annoying as you can't click on anything. The LinkedIn limit on invites per week make the auto invite function literally null and void.
