What do you like best about Dux-Soup?

What stands out:

- Time saved through automation. Dux-Soup has completed about 12.000 LinkedIn till now, for less than 50€ a month.

- Quality of webinars: I learned so much about approaching clients, without the Dux-Team overpromising anything.

- Response time and ticket completion by the Dux support: I got each of my requests answered, fast and to my full satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dux-Soup?

The UX could be a bit more intuitive and user friendly. There is the possibility that you wrongly configurate your Dux-setup, which hurts your outreach. So, I strongly recommend the beginner lessons if you start fresh.

The integration into HubSpot (in our case) feels a bit incomplete. But I am no expert in Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dux-Soup solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Dux-Soup Turbo. I was looking for a LinkedIn-Automation Tool, which does only LinkedIn and not other social media. Dux was recommended to me.

We are a startup selling B2B SaaS, early stage and still in our customer validation phase

I've been using it for almost year now, mainly for lead gen: I experimented with campaigns to request a contact, ask for an interview and get the prospect into a call eventually. I eventually was able to reach an acceptance rate of 45% and conversion of about 2%.

On a weekly basis, Dux-Soup completes about 500-700 tasks on LinkedIn. Unimaginable and basically impossible to do this manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I once had an idea and once I got in contact with Dux-soup they had everything I had on my mind -> in their software!

Combined by the safety their tool providers, I will go with 5/5 but still there is place for improvement which I am sure Dux Soup is always working on!

Team campaigns are not available at cloud version

Hard to change the message if the enrollemnt is done but the message isn't sent yet.

Charging more slots than I used

The ease of importing lists, especially combined with Sales Nav, for a steady growth of connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dux-Soup?

Even if you change the content of a Funnel, the queued activity isn't edited.

E.g. Typo discovered after 50 messages were sent out of a 1000 list import. Paused Drip campaign, edited campaign, unpaused thinking it was fine.

It wasn't because of the queued activity.

Would be good if it re-processed that data, even if a warning appeared saying it would then take time to go through the queued activity again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
