I really like that Dux-Soup comes in either web-based or Chrome-based versions, which is great. I appreciate the fact that I can integrate Dux-Soup with multiple CRMs, even the most popular ones. That's a really great feature. Also, I can share or import lists from outside, which is fantastic because if I have lists of emails, people's names, or LinkedIn URLs, I can import them back into LinkedIn and start executing at any stage. If I have a researcher or a VA doing this kind of work, I can bring lists in and instantly conduct outreach. I think the user interface hasn't changed that much over time. It's a little bit dated in the user interface. I think simplifying the user interface or making it very familiar with other styles of outreach products would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dux-Soup has been a game changer for our automated outreach. Now that the messaging is automated, we've seen a 65% increase in booked meetings, and it also saves 10+ hours per week across our sales teams. Dux-Soup integrates with Microsoft Teams, which is extremely useful as it gives our marketing team far more visibility of response rates and content, and allows cross-collaboration to ensure coverage is high. The setup was extremely easy, it links to Google Chrome accounts with a standardized license key. I’ve found the webinar programme incredibly useful - it’s packed with practical tips and small tweaks that genuinely improve LinkedIn outreach. There’s always something new to take away and apply straight away such as the Teams integration which I think is so useful and means no messages get lost within the Sales Navigator inbox!

I’ve also set up Dux-Soup with a contact list of around 16,000 people, and it’s been consistently and safely working its way through that list without any issues. The automation feels controlled and reliable, which is exactly what you want when working at that scale.

On top of that, the Dux-Soup support team deserve a shout-out. Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve been responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference knowing support is there when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What stands out:

- Time saved through automation. Dux-Soup has completed about 12.000 LinkedIn till now, for less than 50€ a month.

- Quality of webinars: I learned so much about approaching clients, without the Dux-Team overpromising anything.

The UX could be a bit more intuitive and user friendly. There is the possibility that you wrongly configurate your Dux-setup, which hurts your outreach. So, I strongly recommend the beginner lessons if you start fresh.

The integration into HubSpot (in our case) feels a bit incomplete. But I am no expert in Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Charging more slots than I used

Charged me full month for 1 day of use for 4 accounts although I didn't added 4 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
