For my purposes, there are lots of features I just won't use, since I've a CRM already. Dubb started out without extensive CRM features, and the do keep adding great ones. Currently it's in the "not yet there" state in terms of me moving my crm functions over to Dubb. For someone just starting to automate their business, this would be a great start. The support is amazing with Dubb. They did a Zoom to onboard me, get the right settings done and I was operational quickly. Being able to use the CRM to manage my contacts is great and video email marketing really helps to personalize marekting and follow up. I host my videos with Dubb and select as needed.
