The interface is simple to use, yet it's also robust. The speed of the interface has been great, as well. It does exactly what it's pitched to be and if you use it, you will make more credible connections. So sometimes it feels like I'm not getting the most out of the system because I don't have time to learn it all. Sometimes less is more and just being straightforward is best --- however in this case I can see why they have made it very robust. **What problems is Dubb: Sales Video System + CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It sets me apart from other consultants/agencies because I'm willing to make a personal connection. There are some great tools out there to help video creation but they are very complicated. I found Dubb and it was a game changer. I can create videos in minutes thanks to a great user interface and I seriously love the easy to use templates and assets. I've been able to use Dubb to generate more leads, sales and engagement than any other tool in my business. I purchased it a few years ago as an LTD from appsumo, and it didn't have many functions besides the core premise of generating videos for cold emails. It did that well and provided accurate analytics and tracking. Over the years, they have expanded to include dozens of features, including cal integrations, pixel tracking, CRM hookups, call tracking, its own sales opportunity system, and more. It's rare to see a tool expand it's functionality so far outside what was initially promised, and as an early user, it's appreciated. I got it as an LTD, but it's pricing is still on par with other tools, if not cheaper. **What do you dislike about Dubb: Sales Video System + CRM?** I honestly don't have anything I can complain about, it's built the same level of features as other video sales tools, supports GIF previews and all the things that are important to me. I was an early user so I got a lifetime price as well. **What problems is Dubb: Sales Video System + CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us better communicate a complicated product benefit to a skeptical marketplace using video as a medium. With multiple CTA options, design customization, and campaign-style work-flows you'll be hard pressed to find anything better in this service space. For companies in the real estate space this is a fantastic tool if your current technology does not offer these services or the services they do offer do not properly engage with your clients.. However any company that is trying to increase lead/prospect engagement through direct non-verbal communication can find high value in a service such as this. I would also suggest setting up a digital online contact card/page (HiHello as example)... I have my calendar on the video CTA's but also a link to my online contact card which also profile additional resources a prospective client can engage with for a higher conversion rate. If you have a page on your site with high value information great for converting leads, the ability to embed your site into the CTA area is also a nice plus... So if you have a particular product you are offering, you could directly imbed the page to that product right below the video you posted and allow someone to buy it right from the same screen as your video...this could be a great way to minimize conversion time and maximize impulse buying activity. **What do you dislike about Dubb: Sales Video System + CRM?** A little disappointed that I could have both the calendar and embedded site both on the same video hosted page, but nothing that can't be addressed with a properly placed link. You will have to setup communications account with one of their selected providers in order to utilize the sms feature, so be prepared to set up more than just a dubb account. They do have a lot of videos explaining account setup, which comes in handy, but be prepared as setup is not a 5 minute activity (if you are looking to fully utilize all the capapbilities Dubb has to offer. It is worth it in the long run as you can basically setup a "set and forget" nurturing system. You will also need to dedicate some time to removing about 20+ videos they preload into your library... they are great for watching but you wont use them personally... While there is a time requirement in order to fully utilize all the features the system has to offer, it is my personal and professional opinion that the payoff is worth it. I would however, (if your implementing this solution throughout an organization) suggest contacting Dubb and requesting that they copy and distribute your created campaign(s) across all users withing your account(s) depending on how you set everything up, so as to create uniformity across outgoing company messaging from various users. **What problems is Dubb: Sales Video System + CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a followup system that engages with sms delivery is great. Open rates on emails was fairly dismal (we've all been there), and this solved that issue in short order! Client engagement through support videos is also enhanced due to the CTA ability provided in the Video pages. I was using a different video hosting service before being introduced to dubb. The previous service only hosted the video but there wasnt much in the way of additional engagement offered past that. Dubb makes it possible to have additional action steps made available to my clients all in one easy link. I would suggest combining the using Dubb as a compliment to any other marketing systems you have implmented at the moment...yes you can embed videos through many various channels into emails, but the CTA's provided through Dubb can provide that added layer of service offering that many professionals/companies are looking for. Another advantage is using Dubb as a way to redirect clients/prospects to your online digital contact card... This can be a great method for attracting leads through direct service/product benefit, then redirecting them to a resource (such as a contact card page), where you can profile additional services directly and have them download your contact information for easier communications. One other issue I can solve with utilizing Dubb, is that should I choose to change CRM system's, I dont lose ALLLL my campaign set-up. Dubb is separate and outside of my Hubspot CRM.
