Dubb started out without extensive CRM features, and the do keep adding great ones. Currently it's in the "not yet there" state in terms of me moving my crm functions over to Dubb. The support is amazing with Dubb. They did a Zoom to onboard me, get the right settings done and I was operational quickly. Being able to use the CRM to manage my contacts is great and video email marketing really helps to personalize marekting and follow up. I host my videos with Dubb and select as needed. The preset features for different types of clients help me automate and streamline my communication effectively. Also, stepping up to the pro-plus plan is a game changer. The automation feature allows me to set prospecting methods (that are a part of Dubb) on autopilot. Being able to analyze and track results of the videos helps me to see what is working and what is not. Using the Dubb mobile app in the field allows me to record images and then have them automatically stitched together (and rearrange the order if needed) into a quick video (such as a walk-around inspection of a home to be sent to a client).
