Dreamhost has one of the best support I have seen in any host, they are always happy to help even when it is clearly not their issue. They definitely have a help the client above all else support mentality that I wish more companies had. Their control panel has random bugs and issues, sometimes you can make a DNS o change without it reverting, other times if you change hosting type things get funky till you contact support.
