The most helpful things that doxim customer engagement platform provides is that the it is the one stop solution for all my financial doubts as it provides business analytics and consulting as well as content management which helps me a lot.

There is only one complaint about this system is that it still is very minor and not a web based solution whereas many competitors of it is flourishing just because they are web based

The doxim customer engagement platform is solving my problems like generating documents which saves a lot of my staff's time so that they can focus elsewhere rather than doing just paperwork and also it's content management and business analytics are also very helpful

Doxim's ACE solution is by far the best solution for a CRM system. They take a very collaborative approach when it comes to developing the product and it truly is , in many respects a solution for credit unions by credit unions.

Only point I want to raise about the system and it's extremely minor ,is that it's does not offer support for android and iphone devices and also for windows desktop.

Nvada business the documents and in future enables staff to focus on the member rather than paper work and the automation of the campaign manager house manager Gate large amounts of task out quickly. The user interface is very smooth and straightforward and easy to use.

Doxim Customer Engagement Platform is an all-in-one CRM platform where customer engagement has been digitized. Using Doxim, you can manage consumer engagement in financial services using on-demand self-service or any personalized expert advice whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Doxim Customer Engagement Platform?**

Although the platform itself has many features for providing very well customer engagement, the CRM has less capability for using in integration. Also, we faced some issues while using some custom APIs as well.

**What problems is Doxim Customer Engagement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From customer onboarding to managing existing customers, Doxim provides excellent services in terms of account management, financial and loan services management, Statements and content management via dashboards, etc. All these features have benefitted us significantly.

Doxim Customer Engagement Platform has cloud-powered solution, It helps the financial institutions to progress sales, manage customer information and improve customer engagement!

Doxim CRM is an intelligent tool but lacks on providing Video content and relevant documents, making it disadvantageous in the learning and delivery experience.

I had the privilege to work on this platform in my previous organization as a user and found it easy to use and navigate and store information when required. I tried to solve the documentations requirement by creating several articles and enabling linkage between the existing data.

Everything works well. Our team never had any complaints. Customer service would walk us through any issue we had, and generally, those issues were on our end.
