Dottle Reviews & Product Details

Dottle reads documents such as CMRs, packing lists, transport orders and invoices, checks them and writes the data straight into your TMS, ERP or accounting system. Your team only handles the exceptions. Documents come in by email, upload or API. No fixed format or template per sender is needed, and scans and photos are processed too. Dottle compares documents from the same shipment with each other, for example pallets and weight on the packing list and the CMR, and flags anything that differs or is missing. When Dottle is unsure, an employee decides in a few clicks, so nothing goes through unseen. Dottle connects with TMS systems such as Transpas, with ERP and accounting software such as Exact, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AFAS, or via API or webhook. It runs in production at Cabooter (70,000 documents a year, 92% accuracy) and HDG (200,000 packing lists a year). Live within 4 weeks. Data stays in the EU and is stored and sent encrypted; running Dottle in your own environment is possible. Pricing starts at €0.185 per document plus a one-time setup fee, and you only pay once the first document has been processed. Dottle is developed by Bonsai Software in Rotterdam.
