What do you like best about Doofinder?

I love the search function - it’s second to none and makes things so easy for customers. I also find the setup really straightforward, and the support has been great whenever I’ve needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doofinder?

They’ve actually reduced the amount of initial support and setup help they used to offer. As a result, getting started isn’t as easy as it used to be so, unless you've done it before, there is a learning curve. The AI helper is not good either. It needs way more training so I wouldn't recommend that side of it. It just takes you through never ending loops. It's best to email them or get on their actual live chat. What do you like best about Doofinder?

I use Doofinder to improve the search on our website, which allows customers to better navigate our large musical instrument database and offers a more visual search. I find the boosting feature extremely helpful, and I appreciate the overall visual design of Doofinder. Setting it up was really easy, and I like how it presents on our website. The banners are great, and I'm also excited about trying the quiz option. I value that it learns what customers want and allows us to have stronger messaging online in a responsive way that doesn't require hiring a developer. What do you like best about Doofinder?

We use Doofinder to improve the search on our e-commerce site, and the experience is very satisfying. The integration was quick and easy to set up. The interface is intuitive, and the search results are clearly more relevant than with the native engine.

Our customers find the products they are looking for more easily, which improves their experience. It remains to be seen over time if this also contributes to increasing the conversion rate. We also appreciate the customization options, search statistics, as well as the quality of customer support, which is responsive and attentive.

What do you dislike about Doofinder?

The main area for improvement concerns pricing. We are currently using the basic plan, which fits well with our budget and needs. However, the number of included requests can quickly become limiting when activity increases. Upgrading to the higher plan represents a significant cost for an SME, which can hinder the evolution of our subscription.

What do you like best about Doofinder?

I love the intelligence and voice search features of Doofinder. The voice search on mobile is great, especially since a lot of people are moving to voice search. Our old system wasn't good at handling search term variations, so Doofinder's capability there is really valuable.
