**What do you like best about Donna?**

I love that Donna calls me proactively, knowing when I have meetings with prospects and providing the ability to immediately give feedback on my sales conversations. It automatically updates all the CRM data, integrating seamlessly with opportunities and quotes. It even allows me to make adjustments, like increasing product units, directly from the car over the phone using voice commands. This has boosted my productivity by eliminating the need for admin tasks and has helped increase the pipeline and average deal size.

**What do you dislike about Donna?**

It would be great to maybe have a hardware component in the future so that I can take Donna with me during the actual conversation with the client. So it records the conversation. That would be ideal.

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donna eliminates the dull task of CRM data entry, updating it automatically. It gives situational awareness for my sales conversations, boosting revenue and deal size by identifying dormant opportunities and ensuring effective client communication.

**What do you like best about Donna?**

I love how simple it is to use Donna. The conversation feels very natural and fluid, which helps me convey my ideas easily. Additionally, it is very comfortable and pleasant to work with Donna.

**What do you dislike about Donna?**

Well, for me the ideal would be to be able to do practically anything I can do in my CRM from the computer through Donna. To automate even more tasks than it already automates today.

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donna simplifies the management of my meetings and the incorporation of data into the CRM, saving me time by automatically updating the information collected in meetings.

**What do you like best about Donna?**

I like that Donna uses the CRM context to build a coherent conversation and seeks ways to extract information from the salesperson to update the CRM. Additionally, it can be configured to adapt to the client's needs. Also, the initial setup is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Donna?**

A scenario that would be very interesting is to use Donna for product capture, voice-based price calculation and totals, and creation of offers and orders.

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donna saves time in managing visits and updates the CRM with consistent information from the salesperson, adapting to the client's needs.

**What do you like best about Donna?**

I appreciate Donna's very good conversation summary, even when the conversation is less structured. I also find it useful that insights into the last customer orders and past appointments are generated, which provides us as an organization with significantly more comprehensive visit reports. This allows the field service to seamlessly pick up at the next customer appointment and be immediately up to date, just as when leaving the customer. Additionally, the initial setup of Donna was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Donna?**

Accessibility repeatedly presents problems. It sometimes takes a while for the call setup with Donna to work. This should happen faster and causes users to start the interaction with Donna multiple times. Then Donna sometimes ends up on the voicemail box.

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donna facilitates the preparation and follow-up of visits, provides good conversation summaries and insights that keep the team seamlessly updated.

**What do you like best about Donna?**

I like that Donna is multilingual and that it's already integrated or quickly integrable with Salesforce. It's quite positive that it saves our field team time because they can use it on the move.

**What do you dislike about Donna?**

I think it would be good if it was a bit more accurate, and if the user themselves could manipulate more of how she interacts with people. Also, it would be great if it was easily interactable with other sources, not just sales, so we could have a one-stop shop for every piece of information via a voice assistant.

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donna helps us get better insights from our commercial teams, extract trends, and integrate them into our strategy. It also saves our field team time by reducing admin tasks, letting them focus on their strengths.

Donna actually gets people to use their CRM. It helps drive real adoption instead of the CRM just sitting there unused.

There are one or two additional features on their roadmap that would be really helpful to have available now.

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User adoption has improved, and we’re no longer missing critical updates. Donna also adds helpful details that likely wouldn’t have been included otherwise, which makes the overall information more complete and easier to act on.

**What do you like best about Donna?**

We use Donna on a daily basis to streamline internal processes and communication. What stood out immediately is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is: no complex setup required, you can start using it right away.

A big highlight was the onboarding. The Donna team guided us personally through the setup with clear explanations, practical tips, and proactive follow-up. This personal approach really accelerated adoption and made the whole team feel supported from day one.

The platform itself delivers significant time savings. Donna helps us structure knowledge, documentation, and recurring questions. As a result, colleagues avoid duplicate work and can find the right information much faster. Integration with our existing workflows has been seamless, further driving team-wide adoption.

**What do you dislike about Donna?**

Currently, there is no option yet to record and transcribe physical meetings. This would be a very valuable feature for us, and I’m curious if it’s already in the pipeline.

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donna helps us save time by reducing manual reporting. We can update Donna right after a meeting—even from the car—and instantly receive a structured report. CRM integration makes it even more efficient.

**What do you like best about Donna?**

What I really appreciate about Donna is how it frees me up to do what I’m actually hired to do which is selling. It takes care of all the admin that normally piles up after hours. Whether I’m in the car or between meetings, I can simply speak to Donna to update Salesforce on the spot. I use it daily and it’s become a natural part of my routine. Whether it’s prepping for an upcoming meeting or sending a quick recap, Donna’s flexibility (voice, chat, or notes) makes it incredibly user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Donna?**

At the moment I can't think of anything that's missing in the product as-is.

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a field rep, time is always tight, especially when it comes to keeping the CRM up to date. Laptops in the car just don’t cut it, and mobile apps are often clunky. Donna lets me use the downtime between meetings to get through a big part of my admin. Even meeting prep, which I used to do the night before, is easier now: Donna gives me a tailored overview of what matters most, saving me both time and mental effort.

**What do you like best about Donna?**

Donna is great as it's helping me to focus on what I really want to do: selling. Donna helps me prepare my meetings and makes sure I don't have to do admin after-hours. I can update Salesforce from within my car or whenever I want just by talking to Donna. I talk to Donna on a daily basis and it's always a very nice talk. I can even chat or leave a voice message!

**What do you dislike about Donna?**

I would love if Donna became even smarter and can help me with other tasks (sending emails,...)

**What problems is Donna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donna solves the fact that, as a field sales rep, you don't have a lot of time to update your CRM. The mobile apps aren't user friendly and working on my laptop from within my car is really not nice. I'm hopping from meeting to meeting and now, with Donna, I can use my time in-between meetings to already do a big chunk of admin work. Before, I also had to prepare my meeting the evening before and scrolling through the CRM, now it;s also easy as Donna also helps me with that and gives me a summary with what really matters to me.

Donna has been a strong addition to our toolkit. While we're not a typical field sales team, the multichannel possibilities (Call + Whatsapp + Meeting Notetaker) to get in touch with Donna are impressive and open up new workflows. It’s helping us structure better and save time on follow-ups.

Donna solves the biggest pain point of (field) sales: administrative burden. It automatically captures every interaction, updates our CRM, drafts follow-up tasks, and preps us with personalized overviews—all via voice chat, messaging, or calendar triggers. That means I spend about 75% less time on admin and can focus on selling. Plus, CRM data quality has improved dramatically, making it easier to forecast and manage pipelines. With seamless integration into tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, WhatsApp, and Outlook, Donna truly feels like an on‑call personal assistant—always there, always efficient.

Donna is helping me and the other sales colleagues with the extra administration that is needed to have a good follow-up with clients, prospects and leads.
There is an integration with Salesforce which the set-up went really fast together with the Donna experts. So all the reports and new tasks after a meeting are done automatically with Donna.

Donna keeps me up to speed, noting everything I need to know before the meeting, but also during and after she is my assistent. I can easily leave notes after a call via the mobile app or WhatsApp, and she notes everything in my CRM. Their support is personal and top-notch. Donna easily integrates with  my CRM, HubSpot and I talk to her daily. Setting it up is also a breeze.

Really, I'd have to come up with something because to me, there is no downside. Really value for money.

**What do you like best about Donna?**

Donna is like having a personal assistant in my pocket. Before meetings, I can quickly get a recap on the account. After the meeting I call Donna, or drop a few voice notes, and my CRM admin is done!

Huge time saver, saving several hours per week.

I also like the team, they are very innovative, really get 'sales' and are very responsive.

Nothing so far, looking forward to some of their new features!
