What do you like best about Donna?

We use Donna on a daily basis to streamline internal processes and communication. What stood out immediately is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is: no complex setup required, you can start using it right away.

A big highlight was the onboarding. The Donna team guided us personally through the setup with clear explanations, practical tips, and proactive follow-up. This personal approach really accelerated adoption and made the whole team feel supported from day one.

The platform itself delivers significant time savings. Donna helps us structure knowledge, documentation, and recurring questions. As a result, colleagues avoid duplicate work and can find the right information much faster. Integration with our existing workflows has been seamless, further driving team-wide adoption. What do you dislike about Donna?

Currently, there is no option yet to record and transcribe physical meetings. This would be a very valuable feature for us, and I’m curious if it’s already in the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Donna?

What I really appreciate about Donna is how it frees me up to do what I’m actually hired to do which is selling. It takes care of all the admin that normally piles up after hours. Whether I’m in the car or between meetings, I can simply speak to Donna to update Salesforce on the spot. I use it daily and it’s become a natural part of my routine. What do you like best about Donna?

Donna is great as it's helping me to focus on what I really want to do: selling. Donna helps me prepare my meetings and makes sure I don't have to do admin after-hours. I can update Salesforce from within my car or whenever I want just by talking to Donna. I talk to Donna on a daily basis and it's always a very nice talk. I can even chat or leave a voice message! Donna has been a strong addition to our toolkit. While we're not a typical field sales team, the multichannel possibilities (Call + Whatsapp + Meeting Notetaker) to get in touch with Donna are impressive and open up new workflows. What do you like best about Donna?

Donna keeps me up to speed, noting everything I need to know before the meeting, but also during and after she is my assistent. I can easily leave notes after a call via the mobile app or WhatsApp, and she notes everything in my CRM. Their support is personal and top-notch. Donna is like having a personal assistant in my pocket. Before meetings, I can quickly get a recap on the account. After the meeting I call Donna, or drop a few voice notes, and my CRM admin is done!
