DOKGenius Reviews & Product Details

DOK Genius turns document-heavy work into governed dossiers. A process defines the documents, fields, checklist, approvals, quality review rules and integrations a case needs. When a case starts, DOK Genius materialises that structure into a dossier that shows what is missing, partial, uploaded, validated, needs correction or expired, and can block submission until mandatory documents are complete. AI helps classify files, extract text and fields, summarize evidence, search semantically and answer questions with source citations. Human review keeps exceptions, low-confidence results and decisions under control. Granular access, including document-level confidentiality, helps protect sensitive files inside the same dossier. Audit history, scoped organisational access, API and webhooks help teams connect the dossier to external systems and prove what happened. DOK Genius is built for insurance, compliance, HR, onboarding and back-office processes where documents drive decisions.
