When a case starts, DOK Genius materialises that structure into a dossier that shows what is missing, partial, uploaded, validated, needs correction or expired, and can block submission until mandatory documents are complete. AI helps classify files, extract text and fields, summarize evidence, search semantically and answer questions with source citations. Human review keeps exceptions, low-confidence results and decisions under control. Granular access, including document-level confidentiality, helps protect sensitive files inside the same dossier.
