1. Client Nationality Display in Profile:

With the recent EOIR system update, it is now necessary to check hearing information using both the A-number and the client’s nationality. It would be helpful to have the nationality displayed next to the Alien Number or within the client overview, to allow for quick reference without needing to open the full case file.

2. Visual Identification of Closed Cases:

Currently, when a case is closed, we manually edit the “matter” title to include the word CLOSED and then archive the case. However, it would be ideal to have a clearer visual indicator, such as a red banner or visible label, to quickly confirm that the case is closed and the individual is no longer an active client, avoiding confusion. DW sends out automated invoice reminders and makes you money without you having to hunt it down. You can send your clients USCIS documents in their native language to fill out and send back to you and it will then translate it to English, saving you all tons of time in translation. The notes section helps our office know what happened at the last contact with client. Overall a great program and I'm sure I'm not even using the full extent of it!
