What do you like best about 8am DocketWise?

1. Client Nationality Display in Profile:

With the recent EOIR system update, it is now necessary to check hearing information using both the A-number and the client’s nationality. It would be helpful to have the nationality displayed next to the Alien Number or within the client overview, to allow for quick reference without needing to open the full case file.

2. Visual Identification of Closed Cases:

Currently, when a case is closed, we manually edit the “matter” title to include the word CLOSED and then archive the case. However, it would be ideal to have a clearer visual indicator, such as a red banner or visible label, to quickly confirm that the case is closed and the individual is no longer an active client, avoiding confusion. would absolutely recommend Docketwise to a friend or colleague. It's user-friendly, well-organized, and specifically designed with immigration practices in mind. What problems is 8am DocketWise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Docketwise is solving several key challenges we faced in managing immigration cases. Before using it, we struggled with manually filling out immigration forms, tracking client progress, and keeping communication organized. Docketwise streamlined all of that.

The form automation is a game changer—clients can input their information through intuitive questionnaires, which auto-populate into USCIS forms. This reduces data entry errors and saves a huge amount of time.

It also helps us stay on top of case statuses, deadlines, and client communication through a centralized dashboard. The client portal improves transparency and makes it easier for clients to upload documents and stay updated.
