Also that we can have this environment both in public and private clouds on the premise **What do you dislike about Dizzion DaaS?** At the beginning the configuration is a little complex, but it has already been improving, making the environment in production with just a few clicks. **Recommendations to others considering Dizzion DaaS:** I would recommend it 100% since it is a good tool that allows us to keep our collaborators connected to the necessary resources to continue with their laboratory and company operations. **What problems is Dizzion DaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to have access to the company's resources remotely and with quality at the time of making the connection, which has allowed each collaborator to access and continue their work from anywhere with only an internet connection and a browser. ### 6. It has this characteristic because it was conceived completely thinking about the cloud and it is not an adaptation like competitive products. Its performance is incredible, even in AWs or Azure. **What do you dislike about Dizzion DaaS?** Few things are those that may not like Frame, but if it is necessary to mention some it could be its hiring methods. In our company it was quite difficult to access a demo, the times were long, but perhaps it is due to a question of geographical location. **Recommendations to others considering Dizzion DaaS:** One of the main recommendations I can give is that before taking the step, carry out the Test Drive of the product. They will be able to analyze in detail each point and its operation, as well as the configuration options, desktop deployment and all the functionalities it offers. Once you have performed these tests and are satisfied with the operation you can take the step without problems. **What problems is Dizzion DaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main challenge we had to face was to go towards a desktop virtualization solution that was supported by our platform. Currently, we use Nutanix AOS with AHV as a native hypervisor, and the ideal solution for this environment was undoubtedly Frame. On top of that, the simplicity of its administration and its competitive costs really brought us great value. Not to mention its performance once we tested the product ### 8. Frame fits well into the Nutanix catalogue with its line any browser, any app. With the advancements into onsite as well costs for customers are coming down all the time. **What do you dislike about Dizzion DaaS?** At this time the cost of public clouds for 3D use can make the product a hard sell. My only concern is the price point and ongoing Opex against a Capex for traditional desktop hardware. **What problems is Dizzion DaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** VDI to reduce desktop hardware refresh ### 15. Dizzion makes things much simpler and more streamlined for me. I also like how much easier it is to have a problem fixed by tech support. **What do you dislike about Dizzion DaaS?** Minor inconveniences, nothing major. We can't adjust the clock or most other settings, and anything we do change is reset the next time we log in. We also can't save anything, so if we do need to keep a record of anything (screenshots of errors, etc.) it's a bit of a convoluted process. **What problems is Dizzion DaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The company saves the cost and time that used to be involved in having each individual agents computer set up with the software and systems they need to start working, now they just have to install the Dizzion software and log in. Big time and money saver. It's also so much easier for us, there's far fewer bugs or glitches or problems and if something does come up it's much easier to get it fixed as everything is stored and maintained on the company's systems instead of ours so tech support has much quicker and easier access to it all. Everything is standardized this way so it's easier for them to locate and fix problems. ### 16.
