dimeri.ai Reviews & Product Details

Dimeri.ai is an AI-powered Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) SaaS platform purpose-built for African organisations. The platform helps risk, compliance, internal audit, and governance teams automate and streamline risk workflows, compliance monitoring, and assurance reporting from a single connected environment. Dimeri replaces fragmented spreadsheet-based risk management with a structured, secure, and intelligent platform. Key capabilities include AI-assisted risk identification and scoring, contextual compliance research, automated audit committee report generation, Combined Assurance Map Builder, configurable risk workflows, and role-based access controls. Users can build structured risk registers, document cause–event–impact risk statements, assign risk owners, monitor controls, and generate executive-ready dashboards and reports. Designed for compliance-driven and heavily regulated organisations across both private and public sectors in Africa, Dimeri addresses the specific regulatory and governance demands of African markets — including frameworks such as King IV, COSO, ISO 31000, and sector-specific compliance requirements. Dimeri improves risk visibility, strengthens board-level reporting, reduces duplication, and makes enterprise risk management more structured, transparent, and actionable.
