It keeps everything in one place from plans to selections to punch lists so our team and clients are always on the same page. It actually gets used on every project, which says a lot for construction software. **What do you dislike about Digs?** Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had to name something, I’d say that like any new platform, there was a bit of a learning curve at the start but the DIGS team has been super responsive and open to feedback, which made the transition smooth. It’s clear they’re committed to constantly improving the product. **What problems is Digs solving and how is that benefiting you?** DIGS is solving some of the biggest pain points in custom homebuilding disorganized files, miscommunication, and the constant back-and-forth with clients and subs. By centralizing everything in one easy-to-use platform, it’s saving us time, reducing mistakes, and giving our clients a much better experience. It lets us focus more on building and less on chasing down information. ### 2. The true benefit resulted in reduced time spent on site, minimized mistakes and improved vendor collaboration. At Moser Homes, we can't imagine building a house without Digs now! **What do you dislike about Digs?** Nothing. The program works excellent. We have used mulitple softwares and our clients like interacting with Digs more than any other software we have used! Our Project supervisors also have enjoyed being able to do real time markups with someone that isn't even at the project! **What do you dislike about Digs?** The AI integration could still use quite a bit of improvement.
