Digitale-Vergabe.DE (kurz „DigitaleVergabe“) Reviews & Product Details

DigitaleVergabe is one of Germany's first AI-native public procurement platforms and an innovative working environment for public-sector buyers. Needs assessment, documents, bidders and contracts run in one end-to-end digital procurement file: planning, the procedure file, a document editor with versions and approvals, a bill of quantities, a bidder portal with two-factor access, encrypted bid submission, a technical bid comparison with price overview, and contract management with reminders. Built for AI from the ground up, not retrofitted: Vergabe-Nerd for research and technical drafts, Bieterfragen-Bob for technical answer building blocks. Behind it, a unique combination of AI and more than 100,000 tender documents as a research base, for direct awards and market exploration too. A front-runner for AI in public procurement, with eForms publishing built in. Human in the loop by design: the AI assists, the human decides. The AI produces drafts and technical input, not legal services. Choice of procedure, deadlines and award decisions remain with the contracting authority. Hosted in Germany. Single licence €135/month plus VAT; volume pricing for teams and whole organisations; bidders free of charge.
