Replacing paper binders, the possibility to import documents and, thus, annotate them, has helped me simplify the search of my notes and combining different devices. **What do you dislike about Digital Binder?** It is possible to read documents that have been inserted online but to comment or modify, an internet connection is compulsory. This can be so when I am on the move or in places where network connection is quite discouraging. **What problems is Digital Binder solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can confidently conclude that Digital Binder has become a vital tool in how I organize my data. It has done away with the use of physical binders thereby further creating space and easy access to my research work regardless of the area I find myself. ### 2. I can store all my files in one place, not to mention the system of sorting them by the project, which is quite comfortable. **What do you dislike about Digital Binder?** The work through the system offline is not very convenient. For big works that require many files it takes a lot of time to download a binder for offline use or copy it externally. **What problems is Digital Binder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digital Binder no longer creates a mess of paper binders and pile of cluttered folders on my desktop. They allow one to easily keep order with paper work and do not take much time to search for documents. The online collaboration features also simplify communication with clients. ### 3. This makes the arrangement if documents very easy especially for those who have been using manual systems. **What do you dislike about Digital Binder?** I have to download them one by one which make it so frustrating especially if the project involves many images.There isn’t a straightforward in order to search for several documents for downloading at once. **What problems is Digital Binder solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think Digital Binder is extremely useful when it comes to doing research. I also downloads or transfer my live binders to Ms Word. ### 5. It seems to be very helpful in leadership roles to be able to keep notes. **What do you dislike about Digital Binder?** There is a bit of lag sometimes with downloading things, but that is okay because that is the only negative thing I can think of about digital binder. I like how everything can be contained in the one folder, and things are easily transferable. It is easy to use, with clear instructions and a great support network for any difficulties I have encountered. **What do you dislike about Digital Binder?** Some things I have had to spend time copy and pasting over, rather than a straight transfer, but gDoc has just created a tool for transferring PDF to word, so I hope this will solve many problems. Atm, many things I'm transferring to the binder has to be scanned and saved, which can be time consuming. **Recommendations to others considering Digital Binder:** Ease of use most definitely. A simple design that allows the user to hold as much or little information as they need to, and easily shared.
