Diggy Reviews & Product Details

Diggy is the system a mining operation runs its field work in. Production, equipment, maintenance, fuel and telematics sit in one place, in place of a separate tool for each department plus Excel, paper and whiteboards. Site teams capture loads, job cards, inspections and fuel issues on a phone or tablet. Supervisors and head office see the numbers the same day, across every make of machine on site, so they can act before the money is spent, not at month-end. Because the data is connected, Ask Diggy, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions across all of it in plain language. Built for mining contractors and mine owners, and used in other heavy industries such as rail and construction.
