I use Didero to handle manual data entry and secretarial tasks, taking the burden off our day-to-day work. It automates updates in our ERP systems, dealing with supplier confirmations and ETAs efficiently. I really appreciate how Didero goes through specified emails, pulls and processes documents, and updates transactions in our ERP like a purchasing assistant. It operates on an automation scale, managing tasks automatically without needing us to check emails, on a turnaround time we set. The learning took a little bit, but it wasn't really hard. Was point and click. You just had to point the agent in the right direction and then it learned pretty quick. Didero saves our team time and avoids mistakes by automating our repetitive tasks. What problems is Didero solving and how is that benefiting you? Didero is catching mistakes that were missed before. Our team did not always have time to check every detail on an order confirmation or invoice, but Didero finds any errors and flags them for us to review and an easy to use task interface. Didero has for setting up systems to monitor thresholds for materials. When something drops below a safety stock number, it automatically generates a purchase order for me to approve and send to a supplier. Didero is definitely going through growing pains. There's a lot of integrations that we have to build together. Didero has made our accounts payable entries much easier. Every invoice is automatically entered into our system, and I receive a task whenever there are issues that require human intervention. We use Didero in 2 ways at the moment: 1. transactional processing of our purchase orders - entry of batch specifications, delivery notices to our warehouses, and receipt processing at the warehouse 2. AI-enabled procurement for RFI/RFQ.
