Our solution makes it possible to reconcile a large number of decentralised databases (point of sale system, ERP, CRM, etc.) and offers everyone, from the manager of the point of sale to the CEO, the CFO, the marketing manager or even the franchise manager, the possibility of analysing consumer behaviour in real time. Dgenious offers a modularity, granularity and simplicity of analysis that is unique on the market. This feature has had an impact on my business operations. **What do you dislike about dgenious?** It seems to focus on reporting rather than providing comprehensive solutions. Its analytics capabilities are limited. It doesnt go beyond reporting in terms of in depth analysis. This limitation makes it difficult for us to fully comprehend and optimize our business operations. **What problems is dgenious solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dgenious is obstructive when it comes to enterprise resource management. It has not simplified our processes, decreased collaboration, and decreased progress within our organization. With its user interface and lacking features it is unable to solve the problem of managing data. ### 2. It fails to provide us with an understanding of our business operations. I do sometimes find it a bit difficult to comprehend the reports on modes of payment. The reports are overwhelming and difficult to grasp. **What do you dislike about dgenious?** It lacks customization options. The generated reports are general. Dont cater specifically to the needs of departments. The system only collects performance indicators in areas such as sales, marketing, and human resources. **What problems is dgenious solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dgenious is a poor resource management tool. It has provided us with a solution, that is unable to manage our business operations. Its less user friendly interface and features have obstructed us to simplify our processes. ### 3. It was a value addition for our organization, directly impacting the top lines by optimizing inventory, and monitoring sales with secure data. Its reporting features are unique, providing multiple insights into business and retail networks. Also, its user privilege system is unique and much needed. **What do you dislike about dgenious?** Nothing much, but it would be better if it also has a geo-location tracking of Point of Sales. As retail networks are generally widespread hence geo location tracking and data would be an added advantage. **What problems is dgenious solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a company into retail business operation of large scale with a complex channel, we were lacking in business analytics, how different POS is value adding to the revenues in a similar market. After the integration of Dgenious we were able to get an insight on consumers' patterns of preferred POS. It led to increasing the POS, which is positively impacting sales. This became a very critical point in deciding on the procurement of POS machines. ### 4. Dgeniuos gives us the power to track your turnover, monitor the stocks and gives you various reports such as turnover per shop or margin per shop. These detailed reports are really very helpful **What do you dislike about dgenious?** The least helpful part of Dgeniuos may be its reporting of different types of mode of payment. The reports based on mode of payment are difficult to comprehend sometimes **What problems is dgenious solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dgeniuos solves the day to day reporting of various departments in a company such as sales. marketing and finance.
