I also use it frequently to send my customers recaps and action items after support and optimization calls. Dex allows me to focus on the important parts of customer interactions instead of using precious time and brain power to customize presentations and follow-up emails. **What do you dislike about DEX?** It took me a minute to figure out how to use the product on my first attempt.
