What do you like best about DEX?

Dex is a very powerful tool that has helped me create presentation decks for my customers. I also use it frequently to send my customers recaps and action items after support and optimization calls. Dex allows me to focus on the important parts of customer interactions instead of using precious time and brain power to customize presentations and follow-up emails.
