"Easy to Use & Great for Hybrid Planning"
5/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

Deskbird is really easy to use and makes booking desks straightforward. It is especially helpful being able to see where colleagues are sitting, which makes it much easier to plan team days, collaborate in person, and coordinate when people are in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

The main downside for us is that it does not integrate seamlessly with our HRIS, HiBob. Better integration between the two systems would help reduce manual updates, improve data accuracy, and create a smoother overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deskbird Made Desk Booking Easy, Accurate, and Hassle-Free"
4.5/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

We were using a very old-school system before we moved to Deskbird, whereby staff would book their desk for the week via email. Deskbird removed all the issues we were having with this old system - where desks not being accounted, removing human error. It allowed everybody to manage their own schedules accordingly.

Along with a very easy to use and visually pleasing floor plan, it also allowed for accountability in their scheduling. People would often book desks and not cancel, either forgetting, being unwell or by choice to secure spaces. Now if you do not physically check in by a certain time on site, it automatically cancels your desk and allows other colleagues to come in that day if they were waiting or needing to do so.

Overall the system is very east to use, especially if you're on the go or don't have access to your laptop at home - the app is a great feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

There’s not much to dislike. The idea is to make hot-desking easier, and it does that well. That said, as someone who tends to sit in the same place (because of how our specific team works), it would be great to have an even quicker booking option. Ideally, I could choose the allowed date range in advance and book the same seat for that entire period in one action, rather than having to repeat the process each time. "Clear and quickly updated, with a nice Microsoft connection"
4.5/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

I find it pleasant that everything is organized; you can see at a glance who is present in the office. Additionally, everything is updated quickly, so you don't have to refresh often. Adding new employees is also easy, and the integration with Microsoft is very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

As far as I'm concerned, the analyses of office usage could be more straightforward. I find it very difficult to determine what the average office attendance per week/month is. This is mainly due to the difference between "users in the office" and "bookings". Additionally, I don't quite understand the phrase "resources were booked from the bookable time," which makes it unclear to me what exactly is meant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Desk Management, Easy to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

I like that deskbird is really easy to use and straightforward. It's helpful because you're able to plan up to a month ahead and have clear clarity as to what your month looks like. It also lets you facilitate where you're sitting. The setup was simple and straightforward, with no issues, which I appreciate. It works great for allocating my teams and arranging seating, ensuring there's space for me. I'm using it with a hybrid work model which is great because I can identify days that are busy and when my stakeholders will be in. We used it on a trial basis and ended up loving it. What do you dislike about deskbird?

The only thing I would say is maybe extending the period. Giving us maybe two months instead of one month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Desk Booking with Seamless Auto-Check-In"
5/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

I use deskbird to book desks within our office and it's very easy to use. I particularly love the auto-check-in feature, which uses my location to check me in when I'm close to the office. It makes getting in super easy and saves me the dread of forgetting to check in, which could result in someone else booking my seat. The initial setup was very easy too, just downloaded the app and I was ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

Generally no issues, but some of my colleagues complain about forgetting to check in. If they don't want to switch on location sharing for the auto check-in feature, it might be good to have more notifications to remind people before the time runs out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great floor plan and quick booking, but the app can be slow to load"
3/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

I like the floor plan view, and that you can apply pictures to your profile so you don't have to rely on initials for identifying your team. I also really like the suggestions and quick book option, as this makes the booking process so much quicker. I also like that I can do this from both my phone and desktop and it was quite easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

The app can be quite slow to load, which can be a problem when you need to battle it out for a desk in the morning just after 9am when the desks become available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Seeing Who’s in the Office Ahead of Time"
4/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

It's great to be able to check in advance the colleagues that will be at the office on the same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

I'd like to be able to track my working time as well (as an HR team member, this is a feature we need to do but it would be great to include it in the same tool) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive interface, reliable synchronization: a huge progress"
5/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

Perfectly intuitive interface, user-friendly and especially admin-friendly. The multiple usage channels (Teams, Web, mobile, etc.) make the app indispensable on a daily basis. In over a year of use, there have been no synchronization or SSO issues. The performance/cost ratio is extremely competitive. Finally, the support response time, when assistance is needed for less common features, is quick and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

RAS - from deployment to usage, everything is smooth. I have saved several weeks of management compared to our previous solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Seamless Teams Integration, and a Great Mobile App"
5/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

Easy to use for both end users and admins. It integrates well with Teams, and the mobile app is nice and straightforward to use. Easiest way to view Meeting Room Calendars in once screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

I love to bulk book my days and desk for a month at a time, but I wish I could bulk delete bookings that were made by mistake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Desk Booking with Visual Selection"
4/5
What do you like best about deskbird?

I really appreciate how deskbird lets us book desks ahead of time to ensure I always have a spot. I particularly like the feature where it shows a picture of my office, allowing me to graphically choose my favorite desk. It's also helpful because I can see where my colleagues are sitting, which helps me sit closer to those I work well with and boosts my productivity. The initial setup was super easy since it matched with our SSL tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

I'm not sure—it's mainly internal issues that are bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
