The BOL screen is laid out like it will be on the printed BOL so you can see if you miss something. Customer support is always right on top of any issues. It's very user friendly for everyday use. I don't like in Import where the year/make/model/vin wont appear on the 7501 unless you add it as a note. Complexity and dependiencies in GPM sometimes lead to long and deeper analysis from tech teams to rule out bugs and find out system logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. GPM is just one platform holding all the rates and quotes and no one needs to send around XLS sheets anymore. Also invoices can be checed and through the interfaces that are possible a lot of automation can take place (e.g. for accruals in the TMS).
