What do you dislike about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite? I don't like how the Precarm CAD 2 corrections don't display the CBSA approval or denied message within the visual importer platform. The automated reports can be helpful, albeit, the excessive charges for tweaking reports is off putting. Some of the precanned reports are helpful. Duty payment is very simple. The recent auto population of US surtax was greatly appreciated, programmed and provided to us quickly. Support response has been pretty good and when we find bugs, they are passed on to the developers timely. CARM implementation was fairly smooth considering all the changes in programming required and limited knowledge from Customs.
