## About DepotWide
Depot Wide is delivery management software for businesses that deliver their own goods — flooring retailers, furniture showrooms, builders' merchants, appliance dealers, garden centres and pharmacies running a handful of their own vans. It replaces the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group and the pile of signed dockets in the cab. Routes are planned against live UK traffic, time windows, vehicle size and the congestion and clean air zones the van will actually be charged for. Drivers get the round in order on their own phone, working offline, with barcode scanning at the door. Every drop carries a photo, signature, timestamp and GPS position that no account can edit afterwards. Customers get a branded tracking page and a live ETA, so the "where is my delivery" call never comes. Warehouse staff scan goods in and out, record where things live and cut measured stock without the count drifting. Drivers get an SOS button, logged vehicle checks and incident reporting. Cloud-based, with iOS and Android driver apps. From £29 a month, no setup fee, no minimum term. Built and hosted in the UK.
