I have been utilizing Deltek ComputerEase for many years. I have seen the overall growth and changes that have been made not only for governmental reporting reasons but for listening to their customers. I really appreciate that I can submit a general question to support and get a reply with information about possible scenarios or issues that I may be experiencing.

To date, I have not come across any circumstance that I have not been able to overcome with the use of the system. It may take a few calls with the support team but we have been able to come up with a solution.

Currently not in a situation where I am in need of a specific task that it can not curretly do.

Deltek ComputerEase has been a cornerstone software for our company for over 20 years. We love the ease of use and the integrations between modules. Deltek ComputerEase is continually upgrading the capabilities of their software which is very robust to begin with. They really listen to their customers needs. It has a great ROI!

The least helpful aspect of ComputerEase is having an open API, but I understand that is changing soon.

Applying costs to jobs to analyze actual profits vs estimated profits. Also, having applications available on mobile devices to make time and expense submission easier.

Having all the available modules and funtions in one software has been helpful in all aspects of our company processes.

That it has a very limited API capability at time.

I am part of the Focus Group meetings and it such a great program that was put in place. It has been keeping us up-to-date on all the new areas of enhancements that will be taking place. It's also been exciting that Deltek ComputerEase is listening to their users and working hard to implement our reqeusted needs. Lot's of enhancements have been being made and it's improving the users day to day functions.

We employ workers in a state that has multiple local taxes (municipalities, school districts) and Deltek makes it simple to ensure that the company and the employees are compliant with the multitude of taxes. This is especially essential since our employees work in multiple municipalities each payroll period.

As a union employer, we are required to comply with the rules, pay rates, fringes, and other details that are required of the unions with whom we are affiliated. Due to the nature of the construction industry, some employees work within multiple local unions in a given pay period, and Deltek has the essential ability to accommodate the varying pay rates, fringes, and misc. pay requirements.

When users are in need of technical assistance, Deltek has proven to be responsive and knowledgeable with our needs and requests, and have even consulted with our company regarding our specific, custom invoicing needs.

There are some areas where the software could be more user-friendly, particularly when looking for a deeper explanation on the purpose of a specific field, and its impact on other areas of the software.

We have been in discussion with Deltek to address a specific invoicing need that one of our customer's has, and they are working on a customized solution.

ComputerEase provides a comprehensive ERP software with API integration to other platforms in order to create a seemless environment for your business. Deltek-ComputerEase continues to grow and innovate solutions to make sure that they are meeting the market demands and providing the best solution to their customers. The resources available to customers are outstanding and they stay in constant communication ensuring satisfaction.

I wish that Deltek-ComputerEase would expand their partner base to include integrations with a wider variety of other software providers in order to provide customers a greater selection. I would especially like to see more inventory management options. I also think that they could enhance their user experience for a more modern comprehensive look. We have Project Managers asking for a more easy to read dashboard that summaries a project or a group of projects in a more easy to understand manner without having to drill down and look thru lists of details.

ComputerEase is providing us with a information silo for customer information including budget information, job cost information and service history. It is helping us integrate with other software to bring a full picture of our company and how we are serving our customers.

ComputerEase makes it super simple to review the profitability of a project in real time.

It is sometimes difficult to reach a local ComputerEase rep since Deltek aquired them.

Tracking time for both employees and subcontractors and paying them accurately

ComputerEase is easy to use, has the features we are need to run our projects efficently.

The interface could use a facelift but i overall like it.

Coming from American Contractor it has been night and day on all things project management and accounting.

Everything is in one place, payroll, job costing, AP, AR, WIP.

Sometimes the chat is busy and I have to leave a message.

The intergration of all systems makes everything mean something.

I enjoy managing a project from start to finish with one complete program.

I'm not too fond of the font and the display screens. They are outdated, and it isn't efficient to resave them as different file formats.

I'm unsure of their solved problems at this time.
