What I like most is that you can do very detailed reports

The only thing I don't like is how to purge old invoices and it's deletes them instead just filing them.

I feel that every month they keep updating and adding more features

Quick access to help and support. It's easy to navigate through as well

It does seem a little outdated but with the new update that looks like it will change. Using it everyday is easy, just wish there were ways to select more than one item at a time

Dark mode which is great

The Help Desk is patient in explaining the process of solving any issue that I am having.

You cannot directly call the help desk.

We installed the new Field Time Entry application and we having implementation issues.

Computer Ease is extremely user friendly and does a wonderful job of linking all the different aspects of the company into one software applciation. Now that we can save attachments, we have been able to eliminate our separate scanning software and have all documents stored in one place. Customer support is very responsive and quite knowledgeable too.

Currently we use Field Ease to integrate the field with the Office. We would prefer more access through field ease including the ability to support in -house forms back to the office such as change order requests created in the field.

It is helping us by integrating all financial data and corresponding documents into one place. The Field Ease portion has been quite instrumental in helping us to streamline communication between the office and the field.

I like that Computer Ease meets all of my employer's needs all in one place -- payables, job costing, receivables, payroll, and service. Plus it is easy to use. I've been using Computer Ease for 20+ years.

The thing I like least is there is not a spell check feature.

I don't have any current problems with the software.

It is a complete accounting and job costing solution.

Learning the software and extras takes some time

It is a total accounting solution for us.

We have all out accounting, job costing and servcie in one software, it makes it easy to cross train.

Sometimes it is difficut to see behind what the system is doing if there is a problem.

Tracking site history is very important to our organization, and the software does a good job at that.

Easy to learn, very helpful training videos.

I don't have any dislikes about the software within my role.

Easy to use software and reporting.

Payroll processing is fairly easy. Billing AIA invoices each month is fairly simple too. Qtools makes assembly reports easy. The financial, payroll, and job center features are very useful.

I don't believe you can access computer ease on a tablet or phone. While the software is great, it's design/visuals are a little out dated. It's functional and that is what matters most.

It is a good software that allows us to run the business.

I like how ComputerEase makes my job easier, especially for payroll. Taxes, Union Reports, Prevailing wage reports. Closing year end is also easeier then what I have expierence in the past. Computer Ease is very easy to use.

I don't really have any complaints. All the programs work for what I need. The system is update with new enhancemnts regualry so that helps for items I don't think about.

At this time we are not experiencing any problems. If I had one we worked it out.
