We daily use Deltek ComputerEase for our plumbing and heating business (Commerical and residential services and projects). This software is easy to learn and use. It has amazing capabilities that make our jobs easier. The software integrates with other software programs seamlessly. They are always improving their products with the latest technologies. Their support team is friendly, knowledgeable and explains thing in ways we understand. I highly recommend this software.
It has so many capabilities that we are not using all of them we should/could use.

It is very easy to use. If you know accounting you can use Computerease.
I dislike Accounts Receivable. Not as flexible as the other modules.
We do our own payroll. This gives us flexibility when it comes to our job cost.
The robust job-tracking capabilities. It allows you to track costs via invoicing, payroll, and journal entries/ postings directly to the jobs. I also appreciate their Q Tools function, which allows you to build your own reports. The ability to export financial reports into an Excel file is also incredibly helpful.
It takes a while to learn all of its capabilities. I'm still learning new things after 5 years! (This just shows how robust the software is.) Thankfully their support is easy to contact and they always help me figure things out. And once you know how to do something you realize most things are quite simple.
We previously used Quickbooks, which simply isn't designed to be used as a multi-job construction accounting software. Yes, you can build it and utilize it that way, but it takes a lot of time and effort and will never get quite get you where you want to be. ComputerEase comes pre-designed, so it saves you time there. Also, it has all the bells and whistles. If you need a specific report, someone has already programmed it. If you realize you need to make a job posting outside of your usual modules, someone has already thought of that. As a company, it saves us time, and allows us to have real-time reporting on the health of our business and profitability of our jobs.
I can open mutiple modules at the same time. The number of features is excellent and the constant improvements are refreshing.
My one complaint is that I find report writing difficult.
The realtime jobcosting is key to planning & budgeting.
ComputerEase has made it so easy for our companty accurately track our finances and the progress and job costs of our projects. Customer Support is always there when we need it to help solve a problem. I use the program every day and have been able to learn exactly what I need to make my job flow smoothly.
There are times that customer support is not able to assist in exactly what I need but most times are able to guide me to find what I need.
Keeping all of our project data in one plase with reports that are easy to run when needed.
I like the ability to generate mulitple job reports for our projects
Some of the menus can be clunky and hard to navigate if you aren't familiar with them.
Job costing is a huge help for our projects and adding the FieldEase part should also help keep the job costs updated.
Reports the workflow is simple and easy to learn, great support team.
None so far, I do think we should be able to fix a General entry mistake easier.
So far I am satisfied with the way it is now.
