Dell's support is always on point. Dell always answers the phone and are always willing to help. Dell has much less finger pointing than other companies. **What do you dislike about Dell Flash Storage?** They do need to revamp their paid training. Dell did cover the steps to create everything in the storage as a sandbox; however, there was never any information on vSphere integration. Of course, in a real enviroment this is where you will spend most of your time. **Recommendations to others considering Dell Flash Storage:** Dell is a market leader in the space. You cannot go wrong with their storage, technology, integration, and support. Could not be happier with the purchase. **What problems is Dell Flash Storage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Boot times for servers and desktops are significantly faster. Failed drives are essentially a problem of the past. With Dell's flash the footprint is drastically decreased by the hardware and the deduplication. Power consumption is much lower. ### 8.
