This is very helpful to me as I do not have to spend a lot of time doing it and helps in maintaining uniform file access control in the organization. **What do you dislike about DefendX Control?** A problem that I have is preparing compliance reports due to their intricacy. It involves exporting raw data to a spreadsheet where manipulation is done, a process that is tedious and accurate. **What problems is DefendX Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** DefendX Control has assisted us to some extent in managing the file access permissions. The granular control ensures only the interested and authorized users are allowed to access the information hence enhancing our security. ### 2. It is always helpful to have a system that runs itself to look out for suspicious files or any files that can compromise its security. **What do you dislike about DefendX Control?** I have cases where a file which should be allowed say because of a special extension required for some work is blocked. This is inconsistent and time-consuming as they need to be manually unblocked for them to be able access the website’s resources. **What problems is DefendX Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** DefendX Control is useful to avoid penetration of malware as well as leakage of data, since it does not allow execution of unauthorized files. This is important in preventing loss of critical business information and ensuring proper storage of files. ### 4. It also prevents unauthorized uploads and downloads. **What do you dislike about DefendX Control?** DefendX Control seems to lack the ability to integrate seamlessly with our existing security ecosystem.
