What do you like best about DeepConverse?

DeepConverse has been an excellent partner in our Customer Support Automation journey over the last few years. We’ve been able to automate our Returns process to a large degree resulting in significant cost savings. We were one of the first Sunshine Conversations implementations and they did an excellent job supporting this. Being a large global organization operating across multiple locales and supporting hundreds of consumer electronics products, our volume and requirements were quite demanding and DeepConverse rose to the challenge every time. What do you dislike about DeepConverse?

What do you like best about DeepConverse?

We did not want to spend a lot of time building out a chatbot. What I like about DeepConverse is that they allowed us to get started with very little effort. Some of the other providers required us to spend many weeks training the AI and reauthoring our content. What do you like best about DeepConverse?

DeepConverse provides an intuitive support platform for non technical customers. Particularly the drag and drop builder is easy to work with and allowed us to make our conversation flow without the need for technical guidance. I also liked the reporting capabilities available as it provided good insights into our usage.

DeepConverse provides a very powerful platform that can scale with our needs, while still allowing for a fast initial ramp. It's ability to connect with 3rd party APIs allows for a lot of advanced use cases. What do you like best about DeepConverse?

Our company required a leadgen and support chatbot that integrates with our CRM Vtiger. DeepConverse was able to deliver the solution and required very minimal effort from our side. The DeepConverse platform has a prebuilt Vtiger integration that created leads and cases with custom fields. All of this our team has been able to manage and make changes on our own. We also show prospective customers PDF catalogs that are rendered within the chatbot making it easy for them to see them.
