**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

DeepConverse has been an excellent partner in our Customer Support Automation journey over the last few years. We’ve been able to automate our Returns process to a large degree resulting in significant cost savings. We were one of the first Sunshine Conversations implementations and they did an excellent job supporting this. Being a large global organization operating across multiple locales and supporting hundreds of consumer electronics products, our volume and requirements were quite demanding and DeepConverse rose to the challenge every time. Definitely recommend working with DeepConverse to help with your customer support challenges.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

Did not find anything to dislike. If your needs are complex, make sure to work with the DC team. They are quite resourceful and their platform is quite flexible to address many different scenarios.

**What problems is DeepConverse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We automated support for common issues. One of the major win was automating Returns Management.

**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

We did not want to spend a lot of time building out a chatbot. What I like about DeepConverse is that they allowed us to get started with very little effort. Some of the other providers required us to spend many weeks training the AI and reauthoring our content. DeepConverse allowed us to leverage our existing content and was able to show ROI in weeks as opposed to months with minimal effort from our teams.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

DeepConverse addressed our needs very well and I did not find anything to complain about.

**Recommendations to others considering DeepConverse:**

Some of the other chatbot platforms will cost more time and effort than what they save. Be wary of platforms that require you to do things in a certain way only, as that might not be what works best for you.

**What problems is DeepConverse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DeepConverse platform helped simplify support and onboarding as well as resolve some of the common support issues automatically.

**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

DeepConverse provides an intuitive support platform for non technical customers. Particularly the drag and drop builder is easy to work with and allowed us to make our conversation flow without the need for technical guidance. I also liked the reporting capabilities available as it provided good insights into our usage.

They can tailor the plans to the features we would need and meet pricing expectations.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

Per our needs, we did not find anything missing. We are eager to use some of the features they shared from their roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering DeepConverse:**

There are many chatbot software out there but alot of them could not adjust their plans and features per the requirements. DeepConverse presents a good balance with top-of-the-line features. I would recommend you to consider them before going into contract with others.

**What problems is DeepConverse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a quick appointment scheduling chatbot and form that integrates well with the calendars used by our teams. DeepConverse had a compelling solution that required minimal effort from our side and was fully self-service for us. Our team built out the conversation flow and put the script on our pages and everything worked as expected!

**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

DeepConverse provides a very powerful platform that can scale with our needs, while still allowing for a fast initial ramp. It's ability to connect with 3rd party APIs allows for a lot of advanced use cases. There are a lot of capabilities that are unique and which are not present in other platforms and hence it is able to address a much broader set of use cases

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

Not much to dislike. There are a lot of enhancements being added, so sometimes documentation has a lag.

**Recommendations to others considering DeepConverse:**

While there are many ways you can use DeepConverse, I would recommend starting small and adding more along the way.

**What problems is DeepConverse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating some of our common support issues. The step-by-step troubleshooting guides in conjunction with the chatbot provide a way for us to address even the more complex troubleshooting scenarios.

**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

Our company required a leadgen and support chatbot that integrates with our CRM Vtiger. DeepConverse was able to deliver the solution and required very minimal effort from our side. The DeepConverse platform has a prebuilt Vtiger integration that created leads and cases with custom fields. All of this our team has been able to manage and make changes on our own.  We also show prospective customers PDF catalogs that are rendered within the chatbot making it easy for them to see them. 

Adding the chatbot to our website was also a breeze. The entire experience has been stellar.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

The platform met our needs we do not have any issues.

**What problems is DeepConverse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead creation, support requests with Vtiger CRM and delivery of product catalogs to prospective customers.

**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

We needed a simple informational chatbot that can collect user details for us. The chatbot needed to have rich content such as videos, links and easy authoring. DeepConverse had it all and was simple to understand and build a chatbot with. When presented to our team they were quick to see the value of it.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

Nothing to dislike we have had a good experience.

**What problems is DeepConverse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping users discover relevant information and collect their details after validation. We were able to author the chatbot quickly without requiring any IT admin support.

DeepConverse is easy to use and building out low code automations has been very helpful for us

We haven't noticed anything we disliked, generally, the platform works well for our use case

DeepConverse platform helped us get started with a simple support chatbot and iteratively enhance it with automations. Our team was able to onboard quickly and roll out the chatbot to address our top support drivers.

**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

I like how DeepConverse helps us automate most of our customer support queries. Their seamless integration with Zendesk knowledge base is beneficial to us. Apart from chatbots, their other products like Interactive support guides and Conversational search fits into our process to deliver a delightful support experience to our end users.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

Nothing much. They continuously work on new integrations and other features to improve product usage.

**Recommendations to others considering DeepConverse:**

Their seamless integration with Zendesk and their other products like Interactive support guides and Conversational search, along with their chatbot platform, makes it a complete customer support automation software.

**What problems is DeepConverse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating customer support queries through chat and using their interactive support guides makes onboarding easy for our customers. It is a lifesaver for our CS team as most of our common support queries got automated within two months after implementing the tool.  Our CSAT score increased by a good margin.

DeepConverse is fantastic software. The Bot builder is so easy to use and the features enable us to customize it to our business use cases, It helps us to automate 70% of our support queries

The bot supports only the English language for now.

Great Product and well-backed support system to get you adopted right.

**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

The platform is very user-friendly and the insights provided by them are very much helpful for me in analyzing my customer support patterns. The best part about DeepConverse is it's mostly a self-explanatory solution.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

Although there are almost zero issues with DeepConverse, one thing I would like to mention about them that can be improved is that the pricing can be a bit reduced especially when there is more number of sessions.

**What problems is DeepConverse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am automating my entire customer support. Our team is now able to handle the most common queries by the customers very easily because of DeepConverse and I can see a great improvement in my CSAT.

We've used DeepConverse to sort out a lot of our customer support hassles. This has improved our CSAT and greatly helped with sales.

Chatbot's ability to learn a new skill and to answer user queries is very good. The user interface is very neat and clean.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

No issues with them. We have not found anything that we dislike whilst using DeepConverse.

Easy to use and smooth integrations with Zendesk and others.

**What do you like best about DeepConverse?**

Deepconverse's biggest asset is that it is very easy to use. User-friendly with a clean UX and intuitive design. Chatbot has been able to answer more than 75% of the requests it gets, leaving more of our support agents available to help customers who need more assistance. Agent handover is very simple.

**What do you dislike about DeepConverse?**

Not found anything missing from the currently available products they all compliment each other.

Powerful and very easy to use chatbot platform.

Answering customer questions instantly. Delivering an appropriate experience for our customers by not waiting a long time to get answers. Reducing the workload of our agents.
