One challenge I experienced with DeBounce was that a 50k data file took around 8 hours to complete. However, their team acknowledged the issue and proactively sent me an update, mentioning that it will be resolved as soon as possible.

So instead of calling it a negative, I’d say I truly appreciate their transparency and responsive customer support. They clearly care about keeping their customers informed and comfortable.

DeBounce marked hundreds, probably thousands, of contacts in our database as having opted out of email. This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few if they had really opted out. They said no. Then I realized MY OWN email was marked as having opted out of our emails, so we really kenw something was wrong. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging.

The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team. No matter how much we begged for help, we didn't hear anything helpful from them (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing.

I can connect is fairly easily to leadshook and it can make sure I'm not getting bullshit leads which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support isn't really techy and can't help you with other softwares integration but that's completely okay that's not their job, I guess I just am not familiar with the customizability and how it works, but for the most part a good software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Found out about DeBounce from a paid cold email group I'm a part of, lots of tool testing - debounce was the hands down winner when it comes to lowest bounce rates. The price is also a big plus, less than most competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only negative is the cleaned emails are only kept on the server for 7 days. So if you don't download in 7 days, it's deleted. Can't blame them, but it's something to be aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
