# Has DeBounce been reliable for you despite occasional downtime and slow email processing?

I like DeBounce because it feels reliable, fast, and very easy to use. The main issue I run into is downtime and, at times, a longer time to process emails. On the plus side, it has helped me reduce sending emails to undeliverable addresses. Have you seen similar downtime or processing delays, and how do you handle them?
