DealSharp Reviews & Product Details

DealSharp is an AI negotiation tool for lawyers and M&A advisors: rehearse against an AI counterpart, get live help in the meeting, and review how you did. It supports one negotiation from start to finish. - Context: upload the agreement, markups and correspondence. Each upload updates the project memory. - Strategy Chat: ask how to open, how to answer a demand, or where to give ground. Each answer shows the documents it read. - Video Conversation: rehearse by video or voice against an AI counterpart that takes the other side. You choose the scenario, the counterpart's style and the language. - Live Chat: during the real meeting, find the right clause or get help when the other side pushes back. It can use a live transcript of a Google Meet, Teams or Zoom call, and teammates can join the same chat. - Open Item Tracker: every open clause in one table, with the current wording, the proposed wording and the reason, plus tracked changes. Export to Excel, Word or PDF. - Insight: a score out of 100 for every practice session, the moments that mattered, a skill breakdown and trends over time. Team leads see scores across the team. - Firm playbooks: test a position against your firm's own playbooks before the meeting. - Claude connector: work with DealSharp projects from Claude over MCP. Customer data is hosted in the EU and never used to train a model. SOC 2 Type 1 complete; ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
