Has a good feature that provides an API for easy creation, management, duplication, or deleting of scenarios and folders. Helps with maintenance and evolution fail-over as well as replay execution abilities by IT and deployment teams. Is not easy to use while implementation requires a tech guru to do it. The customer support does their best to serve clients although they at times have no answers to our problems. Provides a data service that manages data in the rational database that is indexed by scenarios. Its API also helps to map data with memory representation. Has a flexible deploy either local or cloud. Its optimization server runs multiple CPU intensive computational tasks remotely or locally. **What do you dislike about DB Gene?** Has a very long learning curve and so is not easy to use for individuals who are not tech savvy. There is little documentation on this product both written and online which makes it harder for users to get further details regarding it and the only option left is to contact their customer support. Woe unto you if you give it large what-if datasets since it cannot handle any large datasets of the said line. You feel disappointed when you get below 30% on what I like best whereas you were looking forward to more than 85% result. This is what made me feel betrayed by the app and decide not to use it until it has announced a new version or some improvement in features. **What problems is DB Gene solving and how is that benefiting you?** Was supposed to help give a better rating for my what I like best but only provided a 66% of the same. Helped us to sort the kind of system deployment to use for our customers. We settled on on-cloud and on-premise for most of the clients due to integration with Kubernetes. Helped to focus on modeling competencies by monitoring KPIs for the deployed apps. Workloads were reduced a bit (14%). The analysis it provides helped us in making informed decisions. ### 2. Customer support tries their best to help their customer where they can **What do you dislike about DB Gene?** The AI architecture in this app does not meet most of "my what I like best" past 70% and we purchased it looking forward to get at least 90% positive results.
