What we found, after paying several hundred dollars for a useless onboarding meeting that came 2 weeks after we signed up, was a giant mess. To call Datto RMM and Datto EDR/AV integrated is a stretch at best. Even within the EDR platform, the AV was BARELY functional. It's getting better, but we were sold on the product as if it was ready. Instead we found that it was in Alpha. Basic processes didn't work, there wasn't even an AV exclusions list when we were onboarded. EVERY SINGLE TIME I sign into Datto EDR I wish we hadn't signed that contract.
