"A User-Friendly Platform for Faster AI and Machine Learning with Clear Insights in DataRobot"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

What I like best about DataRobot is its user-friendly approach to AI and machine learning. It helps teams build, evaluate, deploy, and monitor models more efficiently without requiring extensive coding expertise. I also like its automation, clear insights, and ability to support data-driven decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

One thing I dislike about DataRobot is that it can feel complex for beginners, especially when exploring its advanced features and configuration options. Some features may also require time to learn properly, and the overall platform can feel overwhelming when first getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This makes working on forecasting much easier."
4.5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

I appreciate that DataRobot allows me to transform historical financial data into actionable forecasts without having to build each model manually. For budgeting and risk assessment, I can compare different models, examine the key drivers behind the projections, and incorporate the results into my standard reporting. This is particularly useful when Excel and standard BI dashboards fall short in providing the depth needed for forecasting analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

The platform is feature-rich. For those with a primarily financial background and limited data science experience, the initial learning curve can be somewhat steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Better Sales Forecasting for Smarter Inventory Decisions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

Datarobot helps make sense of sales trends and forecast future demand. For a consumer goods business, this can help with inventory planning, budgeting, and avoiding situations where popular products go out of stock or excess inventory ties up cash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

The initial setup can be a bit complex, and the forecasts are only as reliable as the data we provide. I’d also like clearer explanations of what drives a prediction so it’s easier to use the results for budgeting and inventory decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Workflows Made Predictive Decision-Making Easy with DataRobot"
5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

We started using DataRobot about a year ago to help our team move away from manual documents, heavy analysis towards more predictive data decision making. I was honestly a bit intimidated at first, but the automated pattern workflow made it much easier to get useful results without needing a dedicated professional who are working on it like data science team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

What I feel is like a bit of heavy platform for the lighter user, if user is fresher he or she needs a lots of setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Non-Data Scientists to Build Solid Models"
5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

One nice thing is that people who aren’t full-on data scientists can still build decent models, so it doesn’t all get bottlenecked on a single team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

Honestly, the price is the biggest issue for me. It’s a premium platform, and the licensing costs add up quickly, which makes it a tough sell for smaller teams or smaller projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Predictive Analysis."
4.5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

DR makes predictive analysis easy; you don't need to be a data scientist to use it. I primarily work with business and operational datasets. DataRobot helps me test various models and understand which variables actually drive the model. It provides graphical insights that help me present technical results to management for decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

Initially, it might seem a bit complex due to the wide range of modeling options and configurations available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AutoML, saving weeks: DataRobot automatically finds the best prediction model"
5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

What I like most about DataRobot is the automated model selection (AutoML): The system automatically tests hundreds of mathematical models with your data in parallel and independently finds the best algorithm for your prediction. This saves you weeks of manual trial and error and programming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

What I like least about DataRobot is the combination of extremely high costs and the associated risk of a black-box mentality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Insightful Automated Modeling with DataRobot"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

I really like how quickly I can get useful information out of DataRobot. I can upload my data and start seeing results almost right away, which saves me a ton of time.

The automated modeling is a big help because it tries different approaches for me instead of requiring everything to be done manually. I also appreciate that I can still understand what’s driving the predictions, so it doesn’t feel like a black box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

One downside is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There’s a lot happening in the UI, and it isn’t always clear where to click or what to focus on, especially for new users. A more streamlined layout or a guided experience would make it easier to get started.

Performance can be another challenge. Some processes take a while, particularly with larger datasets. which can slow everything down and interrupt the workflow.

Overall, simplifying the interface, adding more transparency in certain areas, and improving speed would make a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined AutoML with Quick Deployment"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DataRobot?

I love using DataRobot because of the automated leaderboard, which is incredible for training and comparing dozens of different models side-by-side with just a single click. The built-in feature impact tools are also fantastic, making it super easy to explain our model's predictions to business stakeholders. I find that the leaderboard saves us weeks of manual coding and hyperparameter tuning by running dozens of algorithms in parallel. The feature impact charts visually break down what drives our predictions, which helps us build instant trust with business partners. Our setup was incredibly fast with their SaaS deployment, allowing us to connect to our data warehouses and run our first models on day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataRobot?

I find the interface can sometimes feel overly dense and cluttered, which makes it tough for new users like me to figure out exactly where to click when navigating the platform. Additionally, I feel that DataRobot's enterprise-heavy licensing structure is quite restrictive, making it cost-prohibitive for smaller teams or startups looking to experiment with AutoML.
