Datakaru Reviews & Product Details

Datakaru helps hiring teams assess data engineers, analytics engineers, and SQL-heavy technical candidates with realistic SQL and Python take-home assignments. Instead of relying on generic question banks, Datakaru lets teams create custom work-sample assessments that match their own business context. Candidates solve tasks in a secure online IDE, while hiring teams can review submissions, use AI-assisted scoring, and compare results before technical interviews. Datakaru supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Python. It includes timed assessments, anti-cheating measures, custom assignments, transparent pricing, and a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Datakaru is built for teams that want a focused, affordable alternative to broad enterprise coding assessment platforms when hiring data engineering and analytics talent.
