I haven’t found much to dislike so far. Its keyword data feels much closer to Google Ads, while many other tools seem to overestimate commercial search volumes. The numbers align well with what I see in Google Keyword Planner and Search Console, which gives me more confidence when deciding whether a topic is worth spending hours on.

Data quality is not great, specifically search volume data. In dfs the search volume is generally average value of what you see in keywords planner. However the keyword planner estimated search volume is not for the keyword only but all keywords and phrases that has the keyword. Redukcja usually much higher search volume reported than it actually is compared to semrush or ahrefs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I regret ever signing up for DataForSEO’s SERP screenshot service. I paid good money expecting accurate, clean captures of search results, but what I got was a mess of pop-ups/overlays. It’s almost laughable... except I wasted a ton of time and money on it. Worse, their so-called “support” offered no real solutions besides generic excuses, leaving me to patch together my own fixes. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear. This service feels more like an unfinished experiment than a professional solution. Definitely not recommended.

I am extremely frustrated with DataForSEO and its lack of service. If this company shut down completely, I wouldn't be disappointed... in fact, it might actually be a benefit to others. DataForSEO is very easy to use and has more data available than most users would need. I use it daily to retrieve data for clients to keep them informed where their name appears.
