"Databook Delivers Deep, Well-Rounded Company Data"
5/5
What do you like best about Databook?

What I value most about Databook is the comprehensive data coverage it provides. The platform aggregates extensive information on companies from diverse, high-quality sources, enabling a complete and nuanced understanding of each business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I have no significant concerns about Databook. However, I consistently generate the same five reports for each company during my research. A batch export feature would streamline this workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for SDRs to Research Top and specific Accounts"
4/5
What do you like best about Databook?

I find the Databook AI platform incredibly useful as it provides relevant prompts, so there's no need to type much. It's very helpful for doing research on top accounts, especially for SDRs to gather daily insights about what's happening with their accounts and the technology they are using. The tool integrates well with Qlik, showcasing customer stories that are helpful during conversations. The setup experience is very smooth, taking less than a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I've noticed that even for some accounts that are Qlik customers, I'm unable to find information on Databook AI. Given it's integrated with Qlik I thought this could be a little better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Databook Makes Account Research Effortless and Time-Saving"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Databook?

What I appreciate most about Databook is how it simplifies the process of researching accounts. It provides fast access to the most important information, such as company initiatives, executive priorities, and financial trends, all conveniently gathered in one place. Before I reach out to new prospects, I rely on it to help me craft messages that truly resonate. It saves me a significant amount of time that I would otherwise spend sifting through reports or searching random articles to understand what a company actually values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

Occasionally, it takes a few extra seconds to load when I switch between company profiles, and I’ve noticed that the data for smaller or private companies isn’t as comprehensive as it is for larger organizations. It would also be helpful if the integration with tools like Salesforce or SalesLoft were smoother, allowing me to pull insights directly into my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Databook?

Databook provides powerful account intelligence that helps identify the right business opportunities with precision. It integrates executive insights, strategic priorities, and financial data into a single view—making sales conversations highly personalized and data-driven. The depth of company reports and the ability to align Qlik’s solutions directly with customer business goals save a lot of research time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the insights are valuable, sometimes the data refresh rate can lag behind recent financial updates or leadership changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Speeds Up Account Research with Smart Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Databook?

I use Databook for prospecting help, and it really speeds up the time it takes to do heavy account research. I like how much information you get and how smart it is with the info it gives you. It brings forward very valuable information about my accounts, such as new initiatives they have. Also, the initial setup was very easy; I just had to sign in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I find that Databook could be better at writing emails. It feels a little too robotic, and I think it would be great if the emails sounded more human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Insights with Seamless Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Databook?

I especially appreciate the new AI functionalities and the POV in Databook. These features make it easier for me to create my account plans. The POV provides a well-structured approach to managing my accounts. Additionally, the initial setup of Databook was easy, thanks to the correct training and onboarding by Xander. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I dislike the lack of data sometimes and wish there was more information on the people. Org charts would be a must, or a web of people who are connected within the company to facilitate engagement with stakeholders we do not know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Prospecting, Needs CRM Integration"
4.5/5

I like the ease of use of Databook. Its ability to save my history is great because I can quickly return to conversations as new tasks arise. The initial setup was very easy, which is always a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I would love if Databook was able to integrate with my organization's CRM where all of my opportunities exist.
