What we like: Solid platform, reliable app performance, and it handles a large credential vault (500+) without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dashlane Password Manager? The platform itself is solid. But the customer service experience has been genuinely poor, and I want to be specific so Dashlane can address it. Our support interactions were unhelpful and transactional — no warmth, no effort to actually understand our situation, and no offer to escalate to a phone call when the email thread clearly wasn't resolving anything. What we got instead was Terms/Policy boilerplate and what felt like a push toward a paid upgrade rather than any real attempt to retain us as long-standing legacy customers. That disconnect — a great product paired with customer service that seems indifferent to keeping existing users — is what's driving this review. Pricing is also average compared to alternatives in the marketplace today. The app performance is fine; no real issues there. Like I said, the platform is solid. The UX/UI is still behind when it comes to filtering and searching for credentials. When you have 500+, the lack of basic search and filter functionality becomes a real problem — and it still hasn't been addressed. Integrations: Not applicable to our use case.
