Simple style that's straightforward to use, target campaigns to drive specific improvements, measurable information rates, and closed-loop feedback to Managers on what to focus on. Moreover, in the Covid pandemic, My company struggled to get critical information across to our frontline workers. Pushing made it possible to overcome this obstacle and more. The direct communication with our employees was a great advantage. Know that our people have a tool to help them. With your daily assignments and the forum to express your opinion and solve problems.
