DanseManager Reviews & Product Details

DanseManager is online software for dance schools, dance associations and organisers of dance festivals, workshops and weekends. Students register from a link or QR code, on mobile or desktop, without creating an account: classes, role, package, documents and payment, for one person or a whole family. For partner dance classes, the school sets places per role (lead, follow) and an accepted gap; beyond it, the extra role goes on a waiting list or the school gets an alert, couples are accepted together and a student can dance both roles. Solo classes simply fill by places. Payments go through the association's own HelloAsso account (up to 10 instalments) or Stripe, plus desk payments, French holiday vouchers (Chèque-Vacances) and Pass'Sport, with no commission. Automations send registration confirmations, payment reminders with a payment link, waiting-list place offers, partner invitations and absence reminders, each with its own switch and editable text. The schedule, rooms, attendance, season result and margin per class are included, with Excel export. For festivals: bilingual public page, passes with lead and follow quotas, deposits, refunds and QR tickets checked at the door. Free up to 50 members with all features, then 39 euros per month with no member limit. Data hosted in the European Union.
