What I really like about Cynet is that it puts everything in one place, so you don’t feel like you’re jumping between a bunch of different tools all the time. The platform is pretty easy to get up and running, and once it’s going it kind of takes care of itself a lot of the time. The automated response is a big plus, it just saves time and gives you a feeling that someone is watching things even when you’re not. Also their support team is very fast and friendly, I’ve had a couple of questions and they always reply quick. Sometimes the reports feel a bit limited, like I wanted more options to customize for what I need to show my team. It’s not a big deal, but I end up repeating data or exporting things to make it look better. Also integrations with other tools could be wider, though for the most part you don’t need a lot extra since it already has many things inside. Another small thing is that if you’re very “advanced” user you might feel like it hides some of the deeper controls, but honestly that’s also why it’s easy to use.
