I like using its robust reporting features in which I can customize reports based on customer requirements & their metrics. Its capabilities for visualizing our leads are superb & it's easy to understand them at a glance. Dislike is none when it comes to data visualization offerings of Cyfe. It generates clean reports & we can easily recreate widgets with few clicks. Cyfe is a very Simple Tool, so may be limited in some aspects. Maybe has missing features like the lack of sending invoices to a specific email different from the main account. Cyfe is an easy to use platform, it allows us to visualize all the data of our company in a single dashboard in real time, so that a dashboard we can see all the analytics and statistics of our social networks, sales and everything related to our marketing. With this analysis tool we have obtained an almost immediate and constant update with our clients through our social media platforms, which has kept us in contact simultaneously without any inconvenience. Its price is relatively low with respect to most programs that are available, in our license they offer us a refund if the monthly work does not meet the expected expectations. We need a mobile application, this means that we have to be all day in front of a portable device or web device interacting with Cyfe. Despite its large number of integrations it is always necessary to add more important ones as for example HubSpot is one of the marketing tools we use the most. The platform itself is great, easy to use and there are a lot of options on platforms to integrate into. API integration is also quite easy and there are lots of customizations available. We are big fans of CYFE and use it daily for our clients. The customer service is top notch as well. They're always willing to help out as well which is really great. When working with too many services within the panel it can become very difficult to identify specific metrics. The real-time statistical system is often not working, so the interactions of certain audiences in social networks are not updated every second. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
