What do you like best about Cyfe?

I like using its robust reporting features in which I can customize reports based on customer requirements & their metrics. Its capabilities for visualizing our leads are superb & it's easy to understand them at a glance. What do you dislike about Cyfe?

Dislike is none when it comes to data visualization offerings of Cyfe. It generates clean reports & we can easily recreate widgets with few clicks. Although we can't customize its pre-built widgets, we can create custom widgets from scratch, which is excellent for my use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cyfe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cyfe dramatically reduces the time required to build our sales & forecasting dashboards when compared to other data visualization platforms. We can share these dashboards with our customers & by defining its data points, we can conveniently direct on what needs to be focused on to improve sales. For repeated campaigns, I use its duplicate dashboard feature to replicate its data & attributes across external clients. Cyfe is a very Simple Tool, so may be limited in some aspects. Maybe has missing features like the lack of sending invoices to a specific email different from the main account. What do you like best about Cyfe?

Cyfe is an easy to use platform, it allows us to visualize all the data of our company in a single dashboard in real time, so that a dashboard we can see all the analytics and statistics of our social networks, sales and everything related to our marketing. What do you like best about Cyfe?

With this analysis tool we have obtained an almost immediate and constant update with our clients through our social media platforms, which has kept us in contact simultaneously without any inconvenience. Its price is relatively low with respect to most programs that are available, in our license they offer us a refund if the monthly work does not meet the expected expectations. We need a mobile application, this means that we have to be all day in front of a portable device or web device interacting with Cyfe. Despite its large number of integrations it is always necessary to add more important ones as for example HubSpot is one of the marketing tools we use the most. Cyfe can be used in any type of company, large or small. It is relatively easy to use and can be accessed and used by anyone without any knowledge. What do you like best about Cyfe?

The platform itself is great, easy to use and there are a lot of options on platforms to integrate into. API integration is also quite easy and there are lots of customizations available. We are big fans of CYFE and use it daily for our clients. The customer service is top notch as well. They're always willing to help out as well which is really great.
