What do you like best about Cyble?

I find Cyble to be a user-friendly platform that provides a unified view of all encountered attacks, threats, and vulnerabilities with best recommended solutions. The platform's awareness of cyber threats is quite impressive and helps a lot. I really appreciate the great supporting staff, especially Pavan, who is the technical person assigned to us and supports us very instinctively. The user-friendly dashboard and easy setup process are also highlights. Additionally, I like how they listened to feedback by improving their console dashboard to allow downloading weekly reports. "AI-Enabled, User-Friendly Platform for Continuous Threat Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

The platform is AI-enabled, which makes it an excellent choice for continuous monitoring and threat detection. It’s extremely user-friendly, and it’s not difficult to navigate the portal. It also provides insights for each generated alert, offering an in-depth analysis. Overall, it’s super easy to adopt and integrate this portal into your system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

The alert pie chart displayed on the left-hand side of the portal does not update based on the remediation performed on the alerts. Instead, it continues to show the initial readings and severity status. It would be excellent if this meter could refresh automatically to reflect the remediation actions completed by the user. "Powerful Intelligence and Effective Customer Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

I use Cyble as a source of Cyber Threat Intelligence and I find it very useful and well-structured. I appreciate the advanced customer support, capable of accommodating requests for improvements and the addition of new features over time. I also like the focus on integrating AI tools to provide relevant information. The initial installation of Cyble was very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

I think that the monitoring of the external attack surface probably needs improvements. Being constantly evolving, I am sure it will get better and better, but at the moment it could be more effective. Furthermore, I believe it would be useful if Cyble supported the use of timely CPEs and provided API access to the knowledge base related to malware and threat actors. I also find the cost quite high, which somewhat affects the recommendation of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Attack Surface Visibility with Seamless SIEM Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble gives us strong visibility into our external attack surface and helps us catch potential exposures and data leaks early through its dark web/OSINT monitoring. It integrates smoothly with our existing SIEM setup, making it a valuable part of our overall security monitoring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

There isn't much to dislike overall. Some alerts require manual verification to confirm if they are genuine, but this hasn't been a major issue for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High-Confidence Intelligence with Minimal Noise and Strong Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble provides high-fidelity, real-time threat intelligence with extensive surface, deep and dark web coverage, enabling early detection of data leaks, credential exposure and emerging threat actor activity. The most valuable aspects is the context-rich, actionable insights that significantly reduce analyzing and investigation time. Key upsides include accurate alerting, low false positives, intuitive dashboards & strong support for proactive risk mitigation and security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

Some advanced features can take time to fully understand, especially for new users. A few sections of the dashboard could be simpler, with clearer guidance & easier customization. However, there are small drawbacks that don't affect the overall effectiveness of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Threat Monitoring with Actionable Alerts"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble provides a single view across dark web monitoring, attack surface management, and brand protection, making it much easier to stay ahead of emerging threats.

The platform surfaces relevant, high‑quality alerts instead of noise, so our team can quickly prioritise and act on real risks to the organisation and our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

The only downside so far has been occasional false positives in the alerts, which means a bit of extra effort and caution to validate certain findings.

Beyond that, there have not been any significant issues or negative experiences with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Cyber Threat Monitoring Across All Web Layers"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble provides a comprehensive set of tools and services aimed at monitoring, detecting, and mitigating cyber threats across various layers of the internet, including the surface web, deep web, and dark web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

Some users have reported that Cyble generates a high number of alerts, many of which are only partial matches or ultimately harmless. This can lead to analysts spending additional time sorting through unnecessary notifications. As one reviewer mentioned, the partial matches in dark web exposure alerts contribute to an increase in false positives, making the process more time-consuming. "Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

What I like best about Cyble, and what is most helpful, are its robust API capabilities and seamless integrations. The APIs are well documented, stable, and allow for automated ingestion of threat intelligence int oSOAR and SIEM workflows, which saves significant manual effort. Integration flexibility enables us to correlate external brand threats, phishing domains, and impersonation alerts directly with our internal incident response processes. These features make the platform highly operationally efficient, allowing realtime response and automated enrichment across multiple security tools. Overall, the API first approah is the biggest upside, making Cyble easy to integrate, automate, and sclae within our security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

What I find most frustrating about Cyble is the limited ability to customize alert thresholds, as well as the fact that takedown workflows can be slow or sometimes require manual intervention. The reporting features also lack detailed filtering options, and coverage for niche platforms is often incomplete. Additionally, historical data retention is restricted, and the API rate limits can occasionally introduce latency when integrating threat intelligence into SOAR or SIEM workflows.
