**What do you like best about Cyberbit?**

The team actively listens to client feedback making adjustments to the modules accordingly. The cybersecurity training they provide was excellent.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

The customer support is responsive it is helpful if they provide assistance. Having a range of hands on scenarios that simulate real world cybersecurity problems.

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RangeForce solves the issue of a cybersecurity skills gap. It provides a learning platform for cyber defense techniques. This equipped my team with the knowledge and skills to protect our cyber assets.

**What do you like best about Cyberbit?**

The best thing I like about Cyberbit is that it is a completely secured platform that protects your important data in a world where cyber security threats are increasing massively.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

There is nothing much to dislike about CyberBit, but the only thing that they can improve on is the pricing for their platform considering startups and new companies would like to use it.

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many problems that Cyberbit helps me solve but the most important thing is that it is a one stop platform for all my cyber security requirements and prevents any data breach.

**What do you like best about Cyberbit?**

RangeForce does an excellent job of making its content accessible to a wide range of cybersecurity talent through the use of its Virtual Teaching Assistant (VTA). Users who are more entry-level in cybersecurity can use the VTA's hint/solution feature to better guide them through complex modules, while users who are more advanced in cybersecurity can choose to skip the VTA's hints/solutions, giving them a more hands-off and practical experience. RangeForce has carefully crafted its training plans to slowly ween users off of the guidance of the VTA as they progress through the plan until the training plan's capstone, which offers no VTA guidance. By doing this, RangeForce has created very accessible training plans where users can set their own difficulty at their own pace to become experienced cybersecurity professionals.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

While RangeForce's defensive security training plans are very robust, I would like to see more offensive security training plans in addition to what they already have.

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RangeForce is one of the few online training platforms that understand what organizations are looking for in cybersecurity professionals, such as cloud and IoT security, and is constantly developing new training plans to meet these needs. They are also closely involved in listening to customer needs and customizing training plans to better serve their customer community.

**What do you like best about Cyberbit?**

Wide range of modules from beginner to more advanced. Easy to tailor individual training plans for every level of your team. Each room explains everything clearly and even provide hints to nudge you in the right direction of stuck. The battle paths modules are great way to test your skills that accumulate into a final capstone that challenges you on everything you learned from the previous modules. Also you get badges. Who doesn't like badges.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

Some rooms can take a while to load and there are frequent timeouts due to this. Some modules are older than others and can be finky when it comes to inputting answers.

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us test our SOC with real scenarios before they happen in our environment without the need to take our offensive security team away from their busy schedules. We are able to supplement our team's skills with easy to complete rooms without setting up huge engagements.

**What do you like best about Cyberbit?**

I used this system previously, and it was one of the best software for cybersecurity! It was easy to use, and I could rely on this system if any fraud occurred. It worked very well with other software I had in place as well.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

The one thing I disliked is my company did not use this software for very long. I did not have any issues with fraud, and I felt that my information and the customers were safe.

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved potential fraudulent attacks- I worked with numerous clients in a fraud department, and their account information was precious to us. We used the service to protect our information and secure the clients.

**What do you like best about Cyberbit?**

The ease of use and the creative content they have curated, I also love the intuitiveness of using their Virtual Teaching Assistant (VTA).

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

The loading times of Windows machines can be a bit long (2-3 mins), but I know that this is something that cannot be avoided since it takes time to spin-up Windows machines on the cloud.

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing online labs for large groups of people is challenging and requires a lot of effort and time; Range Force has completely solved this issue for us!

Rangeforce allowed our students to get tons of real-world cybersecurity experience that will help them stand out when looking for jobs in the future.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

I wish some of the features could be more geared towards education, with difficulty levels assigned to the modules and more modules at the entry-level.

Rangeforce allows us to give great cybersecurity training to our students without us having to create our own cyber range or challenges. This allows us to focus on other aspects of our program.

**What do you like best about Cyberbit?**

Cyberit provides centralized threat intelligence and response with highly accurate analysis. The dashboard is very informative. Its automated incident response is very cool and this is something every client is looking for. We don't have to actually worry about underlying infrastructure, high availability, and disaster recovery. We just have to subscribe to the solution.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

I felt like the tool needs to be more focused on alert accuracy. There should be more mechanisms to avoid the possibility of false positives and negatives.

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing security as a service and we don't have to worry about the underlying infrastructure. The centralized view and timely updates also make human intervention very minimal. Automated incident response is another level of problem solver.

Their selection of content is great. Difficulty ranges from simple to challenging. Support is terrific.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

Their product isn't built for my (higher education) market, so the tools needed to organize/assign labs for different classes are lacking.

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is difficult to find online lab content at the "right" level and focus for classes. When trying to replace the old "in the classroom" experiences with an online version, most vendors have products that are too simple or too "click here, enter this" to be a real learning experience. Rangeforce does a great job with providing labs that students must figure out how to complete.

I am impressed by their data scope. How the data is. It only obtained but simplified for users like myself who have limited insight to understand. I have not used other sites in this category but I am satisfied with Cyberbits

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

I would prefer their pricing for premium plan to be cheaper. The lessons offered on the platform are good but can definitely made cheaper. Also, more courses need to be added

Scenarios are limited. Although marketing presentations talk about full flexibility, in reality there is a limited variety of cyber defense products that can be integrated with CyberRange

**What problems is Cyberbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyper-realistic simulator, enable Cyber defense teams to work on the tools they will be using on their day-by-day when dealing with cyber related events. Cyberbit bring pre-prepared scenarios, that can also be tweaked.

In today's world, this is the best cyber solution which can be used in our industry.

No dislike as of now. But the upgrade required at least once a month.

It's hands-on and very easy to follow. There is a good amount of different topics that cover the broad spectrum within Cybersecurity.

We had to provide technical training to recurrent groups of new joiners within the company. We hired Rangeforce to provide the support and curriculum for this training to be up to date and with relevant and accurate information.

I liked that Cyberbit combined threat detection and response into an easy-to-use interface that felt intuitive and had our teammates feeling comfortable right away.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

I didn't find a single downside to the Cyberbit product. Everything seemed fine for my team, and the product was good enough to meet our business needs at this time.

Cyberbit gave us a lot of options to manage various aspects of cybersecurity incident management and response. The software helped to paint a bigger picture that helped our decision-making processes.

A couple of the modules need adjusting slightly but when they did the team are really open to client feedback / requirements. Very impressive

The issue is always how to technically upskill in a way that is accessible, great value for money and is highly relevant. Rangeforce covers all of those boxes and more

The best part for cyberbit is its Algorithms and Security. I have personally used for my own things and it is have an amazing feetures.

The only dislike about this is error handling. I would not able to get the proper error if occured.

They are updating Microsoft's Defender and cloud products. We depend heavily on Microsoft's cloud products, so this is a big deal for us.

RangeForce got me sufficient training to implement strategies, work with enhancement tools and various techniques to secure the data components of my organization. It made me understand the importance of adhering to ethical security behaviours for mitigation and risk analysis. Also, RangeForce helped me with understanding the security features which can be done in cloud computing architecture in detail.

Training by RangeForce for improving Cybersecurity skills was great. I didn't have anything to dislike in their training approach and their software platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Cyberbit:**

RangeForce offers awesome skill enhancement trainings for fresh Cybersecurity analysts.

RangeForce training gave me an excellent understanding of IT compliance and the integrity standards of enterprise systems. These values help to establish a more secure enterprise-level IT framework. **What do you like best about Cyberbit?**

The lab is the best because it makes me feel that I'm doing a real-world scenario, instead of the theories. The lab also forces me to study deeper into a certain problem that I cannot resolve in the lab itself. I can pause anytime and go back where I left off, thus giving me time to study the gaps that I do not understand well. The lab is a mixture of clues and no clues at all, which really makes me go deeper and research from outside. This is the correct way of learning. One must not depend on one platform for researching and studying.<br><br>Also the PDF material is also good. It does not discuss lengthy topics on certain subjects. It might be incomplete in some way, but as I have mentioned, one must not depend on single or few resources. The PDF material is short but informative and straightforward. It deals directly with the topic issue that needs to be resolved in the lab. And yes, the material is related to the lab. There are resources from other training platforms that contain a lot of unnecessary information, which causes confusion in some way.

**What do you dislike about Cyberbit?**

So far, I have no dislike. The only problem that I encountered sometime is that the virtual lab is slow. I'm not sure if it is my connection or the traffic which cause bottleneck in the operation of the server.

**Recommendations to others considering Cyberbit:**

If you're a guy who loves to learn while doing it, take the courses from RangeForce! The platform provides challenging tasks, which urge you to study deeper. Thus, providing a better learning experience and fast pace because the issue to be resolved in the platform is straightforward. No lengthy theoretical discussion, no unnecessary information. Just do the labs, so as the real-world scenarios.

I am currently brushing up my knowledge in Cybersecurity concepts. I had some training from another provider but I liked the platform that I'm using from RangeForce. The pace of training is so much better because after each module, I get to do a hands-on. Unlike other resources, I have to study a lot of theoretical or foundational knowledge before getting my hands dirty. I, as a technical person, am more adept at the concept of "learn by doing it". I can easily learn something if I'm doing hands-on because it does not show the process of doing it, but it helps in analyzing how certain things work.

The "assumptions" about levels of knowledge. Pre-requisites are not clearly defined. Modules are not always ordered. The platform is "dynamic", so it's not always obvious when a section has previously been completed. Some modules covering pre-requisite knowledge do not currently exist. No links within a module to other modules providing "support" information. Hints can sometimes be irrelevant (i.e. hint to question already answered correctly). (Hints containing links to other modules might also be useful).
