**What do you like best about CWILL?**

I have a lot to say about Langwill App it exceed my expectation. It is very easy to use the UI is excellent and user friendly. No issues on integrating it on my Shopify store. I used it a lot every week as we are just a starting company. I see a lot of translation feature with the app. I implement it easily to my store without issues and lastly which I did not expect is their customer support is very active and prompt to respond. Which I like the most!

**What do you dislike about CWILL?**

I don't have any dislike about Langwill as it exceed my expectation also I can use it for free and before I upgrade I have a chance to start a free trial to all paid plans!

**What problems is CWILL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a problem before on my end in difficulty to manage the image translations on my store in different language but then my friend told me about this app and he said a lot of good things the reason I installed it and I did not expect that the issue that I have was solved easily and very easy to set up. I can now able to translate the images on my store in multiple languages.

**What do you like best about CWILL?**

What I like the most of Willdesk App is there ease of use, I can implement it easily, a lot of features that I can able to use with just creating one account. I can integrate it easily to all my Shopify Stores and Sophie the customer support is very friendly, responds very fast and very kind. I love the app overall!

**What do you dislike about CWILL?**

At the moment, I did not see any dislikes on the app as all the features that I been looking for is already on the app itself. The pricing is good and I don't have any issues with them.

**What problems is CWILL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that help me solve by installing Willldesk is I can integrate all my Shopify stores in one Willdesk Account without needing to create multiple account just to integrate all my Shopify Store now I can integrate it on my account only which is a catch for me. Also, I have an issue in finding an app that can add unlimited team members on my workspace but then I found this app which is suitable on my needs and all my problems are solved!

**What do you like best about CWILL?**

What stands out most about Channelwill (Loloyal) is their customer support. The CS team is consistently friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we had questions — whether about setup, usage, or billing — they responded quickly and explained everything in a clear, respectful way.
It feels like you’re talking to a real partner who wants to help your business run smoothly, not just a support desk closing tickets.

**What do you dislike about CWILL?**

The order-based pricing structure can take some time to fully understand, especially as order volume increases. Clearer in-app guidance or proactive notifications around usage thresholds would make the experience even better.
However, whenever we raised these concerns, the support team handled them thoughtfully and transparently, which helped build trust.

**What problems is CWILL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Channelwill solves two key problems for us: customer retention and operational support.
On the product side, it provides an easy-to-use loyalty and points system that helps encourage repeat purchases without technical complexity. On the service side, their friendly and responsive CS team reduces friction and uncertainty, allowing us to focus on growth instead of troubleshooting.
This combination has been especially valuable during high-volume periods when fast and reliable support matters most.

**What do you like best about CWILL?**

The most powerful tool I used in this company is Willdesk. The ease of use it's very easy to implement on our site. Especially when I reached out to the customer support team, Sophie responded to me in less than a minute and resolved my issues in just five minutes. How amazing she is! I have been using it for almost a month now, and it's amazing that they can integrate a lot of social media apps into a centralized app.

**What do you dislike about CWILL?**

At the moment, I don't have any issues or dislikes with the app. The pricing is a little bit high, but it is understandable as they have a top-notch service and support anytime.

**What problems is CWILL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I have encountered an issue in my email inbox, the Willdesk app is helpful to me as I can able to integrate my email address into the app and I can receive all the messages at my email address integrated and then respond to my users using Willdesk without opening a lot of platforms. Also, I have difficulty in creating an article, but Willdesk settings are very user-friendly and I can also create unlimited articles that will be very helpful for my customers when I'm offline.

**What do you like best about CWILL?**

What I like the most on this company is they have a lot of apps that are very helpful for your store. I installed Willdesk and it really helps me to organize the communication with our customers through this app. Easy app to use and implement on our store swiftly. Sophie the support I encountered us very kind, prompt and helpful. I'm still exploring other apps they have and I'm surely installed most of the apps they have!

**What do you dislike about CWILL?**

None so far, I did not see any issue with the apps, specially Willdesk is very beneficial app for our store. There might be expensive plans but they are negotiable. Which is very top-notch to me.

**What problems is CWILL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app Willdesk under Channelwill helps us in solving our lack of communication on our app. We received a lot of complains before but now it is lessen due to the the Willdesk App we can able to respond to our customers messages promptly and timely.

I have some styling issues with Channelwill, which is the basis of my latest support ticket. However, their support is very responsive and helpful.

I like how simple Channelwill is to use. It's my only pop-up app, and I find it easy for setting up tasks like adding a pop-up to my cart page. The initial setup was simple too. I'm using the SendWill Email Pop-ups, which I value.

I'd love it if the pop-up worked on the checkout page.

Look, I’m not a tech guru, but even I could set up EcomSend Popups in like, five minutes. We just started using this app, but I’m already really happy with it. 

The best part? Their customer support is actually good. Like, really good. I had a question once, and they answered right away.

Honestly, if you’re on Shopify and want to get more email signups and maybe even make a few extra sales, give this app a try. You won’t regret it. It’s simple, and it works.

**What do you like best about CWILL?**

The customization options are better than my theme's default popup feature. The customer service is extremely professional, friendly, and quick to respond. I had good interactions with Ria and Tessa and both of them were very quick and helpful. The software is easy to implement and create new popups with a good amount of customization. It fits right into my website and I am surprised that there is the option to generate temporary codes as well. Very impressed.

Nothing in particular. I do wish there was more customization with the fonts and sizing but nothing a request to customer service can't fix.

I;m using EcomSend for my Shopify business and I needed to remove the EcomSend logo. I got Mig in less that 10 seconds of logging my ticket. And removing the logo was free! The app itself is also great and straight forward and I love that it integrates with my store theme. Greta stuff!

**What do you dislike about CWILL?**

I havent been using it too long so maybe there is a way and I just don't know, but it would be nice to change the text colour.

'Now I don't have to add the discount codes and other announcements in the announcement bar. It was making it look tacky.

And the app is easy to use and everyone can easily change the settings.

**What do you like best about CWILL?**

I used Channelwill's "Ecomsend Popups" shopify add-on. It is completely free and functions just as advertised! It allows me to prompt users with an email sign-up page and provide them with a discount if they do so. Support is very helpful and quick to respond.

There is nothing bad that I have found about Channelwil. I only used one of their apps and it functions perfectly.
