Every organization's main problem is managing the customer, So the Kapdeskh helps manage the customer effortlessly. If the customer requires any support to generate the ticket, and the key goes to the support team within a time frame, they will resolve the same. Also, you can check how many times customers face a problem.  Also, you can track everything like Phone calls, Live Chat and others.

The fact it is flexible and gives ease of use with outstaneding customer support available.

The ease of implementation was tricky but once I contacted the relevant department it was all good.

It allows us to log and progress helpdesk tickets that we are getting on a daily basis.

**What do you like best about Customer Service Software - Kapdesk?**

Kapdesk is a program that allows a company to keep up with their current customers and make sure that they are being taken care of by giving them positively great customer service experiences. While the same is true with any Customer Service product, that the service is only as good as the person providing that service, the same is true here. Kapdesk has a very straightforward implementation and setup procedure. In fact, it's possible to get up and running with Kapdesk within a day depending on the size of the operation. For a small business that would be a simple task. Creating tasks is very easy, seeing and responding to replies is a breeze, escalating when necessary is no big deal, and all of the familiar tasks associated with customer service are baked in. The program has a solid core that it is built upon.

**What do you dislike about Customer Service Software - Kapdesk?**

What I have seen as issues with this program are collaboration problems when trying to bring another person into the mix. Occasional issues with the system not showing updates that have been made very recently. The last thing that I wish this program had more of is integrations with other software programs which would make life easier.

For anyone who is looking at this software, I would recommend doing your homework and making sure you get an under-the-hood look at all of the programs you are considering before making your actual purchase. Anyone who isn't willing to give you a free trial of their service is either afraid of what you'll think or afraid of what you'll see.

Kapdesk is a good way for companies to stay in touch with their customers and make sure that they remain satisfied customers. The ability to set up and send automated responses has become a time-saver for the dreaded COVID-19 related questions that come up frequently.

**What do you like best about Customer Service Software - Kapdesk?**

Plain and simple, this software allows us to connect with the people who are trying to connect with us or those who we want to connect with. Things I like about this software include the omnichannel setup which lets us connect with people using phone, live chat, email, Facebook, Twitter, and a handful of other ways. Chances are if you want to connect with someone via Kapdesk in a specific way, there is an integration set up for it already. I was able to get most everything I needed set up within a matter of hours spread out over a few days. The UI is easy to learn and intuitive for just about every customer service related task I have run into while using this program.

**What do you dislike about Customer Service Software - Kapdesk?**

I haven't used the software long enough to be able to say that there are any issues with it. So far everything has been either super easy to figure out by myself or I have been able to have a friend or colleague help me with. I haven't needed to contact support yet, so I'm not sure how those interactions would go. If it's anything like the rest of the software I'm positive I will be happy with it.

Book a demo or get a free trial of the service. The only way to really know how well a piece of software will perform and run with your parameters is to put it in place and see what it can do.

In the current landscape with more and more people working remotely and people not doing as much face-to-face business, Kapdesk has really filled a role for me that I didn't realize how vital it was until this program showed me what I was missing out on. Being able to set up email responses, canned messages, connect through Facebook and Twitter, and follow up with people within a matter of minutes is what every business should have in place, and if you don't already have something that can, be sure to take a look at Kapdesk. If you do already have something that can do this, I'd compare the feature sets between this program and what you have, compare price points, and see who comes out on top. Kapdesk is competitive and has a monstrous amount of capabilities out of the box.
