CustodyComms Reviews & Product Details

Family law matters now turn on years of texts, emails and co-parenting app messages. They reach your office as a folder of screenshots: no order, no page numbers, and nothing to show a file is the one your client exported. CustodyComms turns that history into one exhibit binder, ready for paralegal review the same day. Family law attorneys and paralegals use it so review time goes to strategy, not to renaming .HEIC files. WHAT ARRIVES ON YOUR DESK - Every file and message SHA-256 hashed at import and checked again before export. A file that changed stops the export. - One Bates sequence across every platform. - The source app and original timestamp on every message. - An FRE 902(14) certification template, filled in. The exhibit supports self-authentication when signed by a qualified person. - A chain-of-custody log of every import, edit and export. YEARS OF MESSAGES, NARROWED TO WHAT IS WORTH READING The patent-pending Incident Finder groups messages into incidents across 18 keyword categories drawn from published research. Same inputs, same incidents, every run, on the device. A category name says what its words are associated with in that research, not what anyone did. Reading them is the lawyer's work. TWO WAYS TO RUN IT Your paralegal runs intake on a firm-issued device and the firm bills the time. Or the client collects their own record and your firm receives the export, with no seat to manage. Firm Licensing adds seats, client-facing branding and a named support contact. Reads OurFamilyWizard, TalkingParents, AppClose, coParenter, iMessage, Android SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Gmail and Outlook. CustodyComms provides formatting and documentation tools. Authentication and presentation decisions remain with the attorney of record. CustodyComms is a software tool for organizing digital communications.
